Hellooooo... why are the rooms still being sold on the online application even though they are being renovated and completely closed?There were no staff on standby at the location, I ordered online and paid immediately. When we arrived at the hotel they said it was being renovated.It's crazy, and there are only handymen who can't complain, even if they just give me the money back, they'll have a lot of questions, cheesy

The concept of the building is quite good, the size of the room is quite large, the TV works well, the AC is good but it just lacks maintenance (I suggest washing it every 3 months), the room paint has lots of yellow spots and the paint is starting to peel off, there are several lights that are dead, the toilet One bathroom has a very small divider for bathing, so if you weigh 80kg or more, it will be very difficult to shower. There is also hot water for bathing, drinking water is not available for the public.

Yesterday, I checked in at 23:30, first we were given the first room because the first room was dirty and the smell was really bad and we complained to the staff, and the staff could only answer yes but there was no action whatsoever in the end we asked the staff again. moved to another room and even then the other room had lots of mosquitoes so we couldn't sleep, and we decided to just go home instead of not being able to sleep and there were lots of mosquitoes, even though the staff weren't very friendly😊thank you for the experience Oyo😊and at least the staff cared a little but even in one place ””in

The hotel is terrible, the service is really bad, if possible, don't hire lazy people, the bed sheets are smelly, the rooms have lots of mosquitoes, the reception is rude & not very friendly, the service is very, very bad. I immediately moved, the room had been used and wasn't cleaned. Dirty! Just fire me, you lazy bastard! If the owner doesn't take a long time to be firm, "it won't sell, you have a hotel!!!!

Try staying 2 nights here because it is close to your brother's house in Sesetan, the location is like entering a densely populated residential area, the room I stayed in 201 was quite spacious, there was a door leading to a balcony directly with a view of the swimming pool, the bed was also big, bed linen the pillows and blankets are also clean and fragrant, for the bathroom the floor is sloping so the water is a bit stuck in the middle of the bathroom floor, the water heater runs safely, you get 1 towel, and you need to bring your own toiletries. Here you only get liquid soap.. standard service , maybe if you are sensitive to seeing visitors/guests having difficulty carrying their luggage to check-in it would be better...

I was really annoyed with the employee, whose long-haired father had been throwing tantrums for a long time, okay, maybe my check-out time was 11 minutes late, but don't be like that, my things have all been packed, that's privacy, right 🤬🤬. Is that really the SOP????? Wait until I DTG to the hotel. If I'm charged a late check out fee, I'll pay it. Indeed, I forgot the room key so I just went out and the key was in the room.But don't be like that. IT'S NOT POOR AT ALL!!!; I JUST PLAY INTO PEOPLE'S ROOMS, I AFFIRM THAT I WANT TO BE CHARGED BY LATE ADMIN FEES CO. Proof that I booked Widay Kelly, please take firm action against the owner, this is a very IMPREVENT action and MAKES ME DISAPPOINTED! THAT OLD MAN DON'T HAVE A BRAIN

The staff doesn't stand by at the FO, people want to check out so they are late and get charged again.The bathroom has no amenities, everything is dirty and smelly.Dust.Yes, it's affordable, but really low standards.If you're making a holiday, please don't... you'll definitely be in a bad mood.

Honestly the worst room I've ever been. Room was not clean, shower room the dirtiest I've ever seen in a hotel. Staff was unwilling to help or profide money refund, since we were not able to spend the night here.If you have an option, please do not stay at this hotel! Very bad service and smelling dirty room

The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The AC is cold too. quite comfortable for resting. But it's a shame that KM isn't clean, there's only 1 towel, it's torn and has holes in it. Don't forget to bring toiletries. There's only liquid soap stuck to the KM wall

The service was terrible.i booked a room, when i would like to check in early i ask theres a room available but they told me to check in at 2 pm, ok, i leave for an hour to brought a meal, when i am back to check in my room that i booked, they handed over to someone else. I HAVE PAID THAT ROOMS DUDE AND THERES NO APPOLOGIZE FROM THE STAFF, INSTEAD THEY BLAME ME COZ LEAVING TO BROUGHT A MEAL.. THANKS TO THAT I LOST MY MONEY FOR 200K ++ 😊👍kak kapan" kalo ada guest yg udah bayar kamarnya, kamarnya jangan di handed over ke orang lain..
