There are bugs here. Someone wrote about wood mites - no, these are bed bugs. I have attached photos of the bites.Very dirty. Near the bathroom there is a rug black with dirt, the entire bathtub is in a deplorable state, the bulls of the previous residents are lying right in front of the entrance. Neither drinking water nor soap are provided. Very bad.

Cheap place in the center of Ubud (only positive note). Dirty and smelly rooms (smell of humidity and stuffiness despite the windows being open all day), insects everywhere and an indecent bathroom. The restaurant is also not recommended (average price but slow and food nothing special). To avoid…

It feels like you are staying in a temple, because you are in a traditional Balinese family home and the rooms are arranged around their private, inner temple. …

Quiet place in the city center! In an ancient temple and lush nature. Calm of the interior garden. Top !Meals taken on site in the evening in addition, because it is also a restaurant, very good and fair price. No AC, only fan, but OK, beware of mosquitoes. The correct room. I would agree to pay a little more if refurbished. This accommodation allowed us to do all the activities of Ubud city on foot. Cool !Close to the walk in the rice fields.

Upon arrival, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The owner grabbed it with his hand and threw it outside. I sat in the chair and saw a mouse walking through the kitchen from the window. The bed is uncomfortable and the sheets seemed unwashed. I canceled the reservation for the rest of the days and went that same night to another hotel. I was only lying in bed for 1 hour and now my ears are itching… The worst accommodation I have ever been in in my life. The bathroom very dirty.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the only nice thing here is the garden and the location because is in the center of Ubud, apart from this the room that we received it was small and very dirty, with spider web around the lights , the door of the bathroom in a very very bad shape, couldn’t be closed so it came from there a very bad smell, the toilette I can’t describe, I attached the photo, the sink it was in the room in a very bad condition, the water didn’t drainI understand that the price is low for one night, but to be clean doesn’t have nothing to do to a cheap accomodationDefinitely the room needs all the change in the world, a brand new renovation , I wouldn’t recommend

The homestay is ideally located in center of Ubud, walking distance to all major landmarks and even to the rice field walks. The rooms are displayed around a small courtyard with lush vegetation. In the front part of the property live the owners which have three houses of their own, a kitchen in the garden and a private temple where you are not allowed to enter. The family is nice, smiling, always welcoming and ready to help with any information. I stayed here for a whole week and it was a great base camp for explorations in and around Ubud. Breakfast is delicious but don't expect to be a big one (it depends on how much you are used to eat in the morning). Not sure if free toiletries are provided - I didn't get any and I had to buy them (you find only a big soap at the shops around, so need to add that to your luggage).

Great place to stay! My room had no air con, but the rooms weren’t too hot in the evenings which is good. Had a ceiling fan though. Beds were okay, but can’t complain due to value of the stay. Staff were very nice and accommodating
