Have stayed 2 times, friendly service.The first day I got a room on the 2nd floor, the door couldn't be locked, the AC didn't work, it was already 16° and still hot.The second stay was a downstairs room, the mattress was okay, there was a cupboard and sink. The bathroom was a bit dirty, there was crust on the walls and soap rack.Closed full of lizard poopDrainage of AC water from the upper rooms is discharged to the closed lower floorSo every time I go to the toilet, the AC water drips on my head. Only got 1 towel, and it smelled like Bayclean.There was a strange incident, in the morning the car tires in the parking lot suddenly caught iron nails, and the hotel staff were not there 🥲The parking lot is not equipped with CCTV and there are lots of bird droppings stuck to the cars.

The room is according to price, order via Agoda the price is only 195 thousand. TV is Android, AC is cold, hot water, cold water is ok. There is no shower soap, no shampoo. The only problem is that there isn't a table to put things on. On the 2nd floor there is a gazebo for watching the sunrise/sunset. There's just no hot water kettle. If you want to use it, just ask the guard at the reception. The guards are friendly, the service is okay. If you ask to move rooms/clean them, you can. The location is on the side of the main road but is not a busy road so it is still beautiful. If I go to Bali again I want to stay here again

The hotel has a small parking area only for motorbikes. Makes it difficult to park the car backwards. It's difficult to leave the hotel.

As for the rooms and buildings, overall they are good, well maintained and still seem new, but there are several things that should be taken into consideration:1. Room:The AC is not cold enough for a room that size, a more capable capacity should have been chosen, overall the TV is good, it operates as it should, the smart TV too, the WIFI also operates well, the bathroom is also kept clean, everything operates well, at most it's just the cupboard. It has to be cleaned, you should also pay more attention to the mattress.2. Services:The staff are friendly and helpful, overall nice3. Location:The location is a bit difficult, I thought it was a big road, but it turns out it's small, only the parking area is large so it's good for those who want to bring a 4-wheeled vehicle. It's a bit far from the main tourist destination in Ubud, but for the price, there's no problem or complaint.

Order on Agoda and get it cheap. When I entered the room it was really not maintained. Lots of ants, moldy walls, dirty towels and sheets. First and last here. But if you want to transit, staying for a while is fine

This is my second stay because it's really worth it!!! Oyo, which doesn't look like Oyo, will become a regular next time you go to Bali. The TV has Netflix, the room is standard. It's great, I don't regret it in my opinion👍👍👍👍

The guy at the reception is nice. Gave me the keys. I say show me the stairs where to go. I had to ask several times. No knowledge of English and no translator. At first glance the room is good. If you turn on the light you will see that everything is dirty. There is no duvet cover and sheets, how is that? Everything is dirty. The floor wasn't even swept. You step stupidly on the dirt. There is air conditioning which is a big plus. There is hand soap. The room is quite spacious. But the dirt interrupts everything. I also liked the view from the window. A very good option for an economy budget. But be prepared to clean it yourself or live in the dirt. Quiet. You can't hear anyone at night.

Ok the price was so cheap when I book with Agoda. However I think it's not worth it coz the room is not clean. The bathroom is so messy and it seems not well managed.The only good point of this hotel is it's located in good location not too far from Ubud.There's only 1 staff to maintain the hotel and handle customers, so I can understand why it's so messy.I think better to avoid this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable hotel to stay.

The overall impression and experience of staying here is good. Will come back if possible when visiting Bali. Only one suggestion is that room door no. 7 often gets stuck when moving, looks like it needs attention.
