I don't even know where to start.The beds were very dirty and had stains on them (will most likely never be changed) and there were either no duvets or no covers. I had put a towel underneath me that night because I was so annoyed. Nevertheless, I almost couldn't sleep at all because the bed smelled so unpleasant. The bathroom wasn't clean either and the shower faucet just broke off and we couldn't even take a shower. In addition, the windows cannot be darkened and there is a gap under the door where animals crawl in at night.But the biggest shock was when there were suddenly a thousand mini spiders in our clothes. After that we left straight away. We then booked another hotel for the same price, which was super clean and we also got welcome drinks there.The only nice thing was the pool, but after we saw that buckets of chlorine were being poured in there, that was sorted out for us.This was our worst stay in ubud. Not recommended.The owners are super nice but they don't pull it off either.

The rooms are okay. But bathrooms are terrible. There is no proper way to get inside the place. A very narrow road in which barely a scooter can pass. The bathroom looks so old and worse. The staffs are good they even help in renting a scooter and sight seeing nearby. If you are an OCD person, I would never recommend this place at all

what an awful experience, i booked and paid in this hotel but when i check-in there are no one at the lobby. They put two phone number there and i've try made a call no one respons. i wait for more then 1 hour there and still no one appear. imagine when you tired after full day activities and have to deal with this situation. i decide to leave and book other hotel. this hotel is very very unprofessional, i'' not recomend this hotel, worst hotel i,ve booked !!.

Close to the center, friendly owners. The breakfast is tasty, although a bit small. Good value for money.The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom needs a few small repairs but is ok. The supermarket is directly to the left in front of the accommodation.I would have liked a water dispenser. Personally, I would want to avoid having to buy so many plastic bottles!

Booked this hotel for 4 days 3 nights, but I couldn't check in at all!!!!! The agent (Agoda) confirmed the payment, but the staff was not aware at all about confirming the payment, the room was actually sold to someone else, when the person on duty arrived, he didn't know anything, the property didn't provide a solution even though there was a mistake in the property. It would be better to train the staff in the ticketing department to be aware or follow up on guests, when from the first chat to the property there was no response at all!!! It's your turn to check in. You can't blame the guests! the worst hotel and not worth it with its service!! be careful because there are many cases like this with properties, guests can't check in!!

When we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that the staff had made a mistake and there were no rooms reserved for us. The staff offered a room in another hotel, but without the pool and in a different location (far from the other 2 rooms in the hotel originally booked). Additionally, it turned out that there was a fungus and bedbugs in the hotel, the photos were significantly different from what we found there. We decided on the spot that we would not use the services due to this situation and canceled the reservation with the owner with a decision to refund the account. The owner promised to refund the money, but said that we had to report it via booking. When we did this, the owner refused to refund the money. We didn't spend a single minute in the hotel and we had to pay for 3 days! After reading reviews on Google, it turned out that this was the owner's constant way of cheating customers. He tells everyone there was a mistake and there are no rooms, promises a refund and then doesn't refund it. Cheaters! And Booking should be ashamed of continuing to promote such an owner. Shame.

Bad experience, very bad hygiene. There were ants all over the room, and when we notified the reception they just took them out without giving us a solution. There were also cockroaches and various insects.

Clean and simple room, but when we arrived the room not ready yet we must asked for pillow case. Somehow the staffs don't really know about room availability so we must move to other room. No toiletries, no TV, no car park, but the have motorcycle park. The entrance is far from the street so we must walk in the footpath and in the night it's so dark, little bit dangerous, not proper if you bring suitcase. It was power outrage when i was there. They have nice swimming pool in front the rooms. When we were in the room we felt like inside an aquarium. AC worked well. Breakfast with rice field view was OK. I think it's suitable for people who wants village ambience or for meditation. It's not appropriate for people with limited mobility

I spent two nights in this guesthouse. The place is very near the center of Ubud, and the location is strategic. The place is cool with the rice fields around it, and the place also has a pool. The staff is very helpful and cleans the room when we are going out. Thank you for the experience.

definitelly just saw it straight away. If there are 0 stars, it should be 0‼️Already booked and paid for 2 days, confirmed late check in. but the room is still sold to someone else. so we were given a makeshift room. There was no compliment whatsoever, our money was wasted, the room was super dirty and there was construction going on. Suggestions rather than expanding it would be better to have the rooms repaired!super dirty, lots of bed bugs. the water didn't turn on, the funny thing was that the electricity had just turned off.VERY REGRET THAT I BOOKED HERE. ALL OF THE STAFF ARE ALSO UNCOMMUNICATIVE AND COMPLETELY CONFUSED.I paid 2 days to stay a few minutes. oh no stay, more precisely looking at this dirty villa. ew

There is no free water, but this was written about when booking.Wi-fi is available, but the speed is 6Mbit/sec, and even then it doesn’t always and sometimes it just turns off (about every 40 minutes). I complained about this to the staff, they said “everyone else is working, no one is complaining.”There is hot water in the shower, but it takes about 10 minutes to heat up from the moment it is turned on from being extremely icy. The shower pressure leaves much to be desired.You can only get to the hotel along a thin path, it takes about 3 minutes to walk, so it’s extremely inconvenient with suitcases.Downstairs they immediately said that you could treat yourself to coffee for free: there was a dirty thermos with a mountain of scum inside.There is construction going on in the area, so from 8 am the hellish noises begin and it is simply impossible to rest.Also, the staff is extremely intrusive and does not listen to what I say at all. They pestered us to wake us up for breakfast, she said “no need” 3 times, he even began to show us what he would do.
