Well appointed room with spacious shower area. There's a snack counter where guests can help themselves. A pug called Sojo stands on the counter sometimes to welcome guests. Walking distance to cafes and temples nearby.

Very nice little boutique hotel.Service was very attentive, nice pug in the entrance area can be frightening for children. Barks sometimes but is otherwise very well behaved.Rooms are very nicely decorated, curtain in the bathroom for the night would be practical.There is a little light from the street coming into the room and you can also hear the street at night.

The water is strong, the bed is comfortable, the pillows are not too soft. Sleep well every time you stay here. Located in the heart of the city, near 7-11 and beautiful cafes with lots of food to eat.The elders at the front are kind. Plus there are dogs and cats waiting to welcome you.

We love this boutique hotel. Only 9 rooms for the name sake. Nice big bathrooms. The staffs feel like family. Walking distance to many good eateries and night markets. Having Sochu a french bulldog as a mascot was a delight.

The hotel is clean and welcoming. Safe because of double door badging system and the lobby is always manned. Well decorated. Located in the middle of the old city with good walking distant but away from the loud businesses. 10 min walk to Walking Street. The owner is very nice and accommodating and speaks English well. I would definitely come back

What a gem! I met up with family to have food and drinks at their bar. Standouts included their fried spring roll appetizer (like mom used to make), a great take on Korean Fried Chicken wings (think BonChon but much better) and a cool appetizer twist on street food skewered meatballs and crispy wonton skins. They have a good bar and cocktail selection, which is in and of itself a rare find in Thailand. I can’t tell you how many bad cocktails I’ve had all over the place. Had a great lemon drop martini that was perfect for the weather and their signature “welcome shot” was awesome.The staff are well-trained professionals, accommodating, and some of the best I’ve encountered in my travels in Thailand. The lobby/bar and patio has an upbeat contemporary vibe with great decor and dog/cats casually hanging out with you to match. I love that they have some family photos of the animals embedded in one of their table tops.The rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and are gorgeous. Truly luxurious down to the fixtures and bedding. I’ve only experienced this level attention to detail and quality of their guest rooms at far more expensive 4 or 5-star properties. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! Thank you for a memorable visit, definitely returning again when I’m in the neighborhood!!

Hotel is cozy and clean. Super comfortable bed and you would never want to wake up. Friendly staff. Great foods and cocktails👍🏻👍🏻 Great location in the old city wall. 10 Minutes walk to the Sunday night market. There are 2cute cats and 1 adorable dog. Would highly recommended to stay here when you visit Chiangmai. Just only 15 minutes to the airport.

We stayed here for 5 nights and we’re impressed with this small boutique hotel. Our room was modern, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were always friendly and helpful.The location was good for us with a 10 min walk to the Sunday market walking street in the middle of the old town, and a similar time to get to the nightly food market near the north gate.Recommend and would stay here again.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Chiang Mai. Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. The small terrace in front of the hotel is simply heavenly. The cappuccino was the best I've ever had. The location is great, north of the old town.
