I came here with the intention of going to the cafe, but apparently I came here and was teased by the male staff. From the moment we arrived we were confused about where to sit and we stood for a long time looking for an empty seat because we were confused about where to sit but the cafe was closed. WKWKWKWK, if the cafe is actually closed, just say it's fine, we won't be presumptuous or forced to sit there and take photos (because the male employee said to his friend "I'm afraid the cafe is closed so we can't sit there and take photos) even though we're standing, gosh, not yet." There you go, touch the chair there and take a photo. It's just funny that we, local residents, are really looked down upon, whereas foreign guests are really friendly and given good service. For those of you who want to come here, it's better to think about it, instead of getting tired of going up and down the stairs until your feet tremble but getting stuck when you get there.

We as drivers feel like we are being played, if we go to the Le Clif Hotel to deliver food, we have to go downstairs and the postage is only 8,000 but the delivery to the cliff is very far and we have to walk

Terrible place - BAD PEOPLE DONT STAY HERE.Le Cliff BaliFirstly charge me $2.5kThan when I tried to cancel the booking ( the same day they charged me ) they refused to refund me charging me for 2Nights stay - none of which they let me use whilst in Bali.Also the addresses they provided me weren’t correct and they weren’t contactable via what’s ap or using the email found on Agoa.They’ve changed me $850 for 2 nights I’m a support worker not a millionaire - this place has absolutely no compassion and are downright disgusting.Using off line charging systems should be illegal.

Very nice hotel on the seafront with a magnificent view 🌸 Be careful though with access which is very difficult, many irregular stairs, and the monkeys which are extremely present🐒

NULL!To fleeThe monkeys in the morning that wake you up, the steps down and up that make you waste at least 20 minutes and tire you out.The bathroom smells really bad, there is no space for luggageThe bed is uncomfortableIt absolutely doesn't deserve the price paid.Really avoid

A nice restaurant with an ocean view to enjoy. Good food options at reasonable prices. This place is great if you’re into surfing 🏄. Just be careful with the monkeys—they usually come out around 4 p.m. to steal food, as they did with mine, lol. Also, there are lots of stairs to get to this place, so be prepared.

We only visited the cafe and not the hotel.You have a great view of a beautiful beach and the sea. The food and drinks taste good and are cheap.We were there twice and always got a table - at least after a short search.However, to get to the cafe and hotel you have to walk down a lot of stairs.

Absolutely breathtaking, unique, dreamy hotel! The staff was extremely accommodating (helped bring our bags up the stairs), there are scooter rentals onsite, the restaurant is delicious, and we could see the entire horizon right from bed. …

It's a long way here from outside and then up and down lots of stairs until there are lots of empty tables, it's almost full. If there are guests, they're quickly served even though they're just ordering drinks. and they say they only accept foreigners, but even local people are not served even though they pay the same.

The service is bad, the staff is not polite, even though I bought F&D but the service to tourists who were just buying drinks was served well, while I passed after payment & wanted to go and met the staff, I smiled and even had a flat face, not recommended.

I wouldn’t say this was the best choice I had ever made, but the view made up for everything else.It’s a hike to get there via a steep stair well and everyone you want to go out it’s the same in reverse.Room was nice , comfortable and clean.Staff were so helpful and lovely but gelt like there were just winging it. Would be nice if the porters were in uniform.For the price I just expected a little moreFood from the kitchen was okay and some items were not available but easyI wouldn’t say le cliffs is value for money, should be half the price considering sea dream beside was a little cheaper and included a really nice looking breakfast.
