I stayed at Horizon Homestay for four nights, and while the room itself was decent and the air conditioning worked well, the shared bathroom was a huge downside. I've stayed in plenty of hostels with shared bathrooms, but this one was on another level – it smelled like urine the entire time. It was truly unpleasant.Additionally, someone took our motorbike helmet during the stay, and when I reached out to the business for assistance, they completely stopped responding, which was frustrating since they had been responsive before.Another issue is that the walls are incredibly thin, so expect to hear every door opening and closing, which makes it difficult to sleep in.On the positive side, the location was good. It's further away from the more touristy areas, which gives it a more authentic and local vibe, but you’ll definitely need a motorbike to get around. The pool across the way was a nice perk, but the issues with the bathroom and the lack of response about the helmet left me with a negative overall impression

The accommodation could be divided into a great swimming pool (in an accessible hotel next door) and the rest... A disgusting shower connected to a toilet without a transition, windows and doors without any sound insulation. Right in front of the hotel, the amplion roars day and night, and Muslim prayers are heard from it.We mistakenly believed the reviews.

Magnificent accommodation, quiet and in the center/north of the island. The family is so nice.The rooms are spotless, cleaned every day and the view from the pool is breathtaking.The restaurant is quite expensive so we ate in small warungs 10 minutes away by scooter.This accommodation is strategically well located on the island, not far from Diamond and Atuh beach, Teletubbies hill and Manta Point. You have to go back a little every day... but no matter where you are on the island, you will always have to drive to see an activity point.I recommend this accommodation!

The place is comfortable, the atmosphere is calm, the air is cool. The staff are friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day by the caretaker, Mr. Ketut. There is coffee, tea, hot water in the pantry. What I like is the sunrise in the morning. We come for help, go home and say goodbye. Feel at home. If you want to go on holiday to Nusa Penida, I recommend Horizon guest house to stay at, friendly prices with good and good service...thank you staff and Mr Ketut....🙏

Holy cow. so relaxing and comfortable. Such a nice break from the hostels on our trip. Fyi it is SUPER far from everything - so get ready for a sore bum from sitting on a scooter
