There is a super sweet smell as soon as you enter the hotel, the bed in the room is super comfortable, and the service staff are also very friendly! Great accommodation option!

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. While the location and room condition were satisfactory, the service was far below what I expected for a hotel charging $500 per night(We stayed in 2 room bedroom suite).Wifi Issues: The wifi was slow and lagging, making it difficult to work from the hotel. Even basic tasks like watching YouTube on the TV were frustrating. Despite requesting a stronger connection, the wifi remained slow throughout my stay.Unexpected Charges: I was surprised to find a fine on my bill after accidentally spilling coffee on the bed. The hotel had ample opportunity to notify me of the charge before check-out. Additionally, I was presented with an unknown pen mark that I was asked to pay for, despite never having used a pen. When i made a complaint, it really ruined my mood because the hotel person just "smiled". I asked multiple times on this should have been discussed before, she just "smiled".Poor Customer Service: When I requested additional water bottles, I was met with a surprising response: "Didn't you have your room cleaned today?" as it I am asking for too much.Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing, and there are many other excellent options available in Chiang Mai.

hotel hereReally highly recommendedEven though it's only the second day since I used the shower filter, it's completely fine.Staff service is good and very friendlyIf you're playing in the pool, you can ride a tube and the staff will bring it to you.The air purifier provides a good indoor atmosphere to the LG TV.I'm completely satisfiedThe bed blanket was so good that I slept soundly.There is airplane noise, but the bed is nice and I sleep well so it doesn't bother me too much.Above all, don't fly during bedtime.If I come again next time, I will stay here.Only Maya Mall Wonnim is close.The bolt grab is good.Everyone please come here

The rooms were clean, the location was good, and the staff were very friendly! They responded quickly to inquiries prior to the visit.The biggest advantage was that you could walk to the Nimman area, including Wonnimman and Maya Shopping Mall, on foot! I plan to visit again later haha.The air purifier, TV, and air conditioner in the room were all LG products, so it was even better.The pool was clean and comfortable as there were towels available for use in the pool.You can order breakfast by selecting a menu, order multiple drinks, and takeout is also available, so we recommend taking out tea or coffee after eating! There is also a small but salad bar.

Good location, large, clean rooms, beautiful rooms, well managed, polite staff, good service without lacking. Breakfast ok It may not be as diverse as big hotels, but the taste is good, the quality is good, the menu is creative. Don't forget to try the eggs with crab ong sauce.

It's newly built, so it's clean, the staff is very friendly, and they take care of any requests you make. The pool isn't too small, and you can request a mini buffet or food for breakfast, and it's delicious! And the bed is really nice! This was my third trip to Thailand, and it was my first time with a bed this soft. I have a bad back, so I'm a bit sensitive to the bed, but when I lie down, I fall asleep!

The hotel is not big, but the environment is beautiful, comfortable and clean, and the staff is very attentive, kind and polite! The welcome drink and check out drink were a surprise! Breakfast exceeds 100 points! I have never seen the vegetable salad plate for breakfast so fresh, clean and beautiful (I don’t seem to want to eat the usual one, even in a 6-star hotel) and all the food and drinks are delicious! The juice and milk are also very fresh! Full marks for details! ! ! After finishing the main course, the waiter even asked us if we wanted to eat mango and cut it for us! Definitely the most attentive hotel I have stayed in in Thailand in many years! I will definitely come back next time I go to Chiang Mai!After staying for 3 days, I moved to another more expensive internet celebrity hotel. I was very annoyed by the comparison!

If you stay nearby, you have to endure the airport noise. It's not a problem with this hotel. Chiang Mai Airport is not a very busy airport and there are not many planes. I asked for ear plugs, so they brought them for me and I slept soundly. The location is great.It's close to Wonnimman and Maya Mall, and there are many good coffee places nearby, and a convenience store supermarket is right at the entrance.They say it opened in 2023, and it looks like everything is clean and has been carefully equipped with props and appliances.I brought a filter, and the water was clean with almost no discoloration. I had a friendly and pleasant stay.I didn't request breakfast but had brunch at a nearby cafe.

Room condition is good, but maintenance is poor as it is a small hotel.In fact, a Chinese person passing by took off his clothes and swam wearing only his underwear, then put on his underwear and took his clothes before leaving. Management is lax due to the small number of employees.
