The management must continue to supervise and also provide training to the security staff, who are the ones at the forefront who are seen by outsiders. I received unpleasant treatment when I accompanied office guests to stay at this hotel. Security officers must learn to use words when communicating with outsiders, and not make threats.

I'm waiting for 2 hot lemon teas for the driver's order for up to 30 minutes. It happened at 6 this morning even though I was the only driver. When it arrived, the drink was wrong again, even though I had confirmed that the order was hot lemon tea, but it was cold, when I waited a long time, I canceled the order.

Nice room with king size bed. Many tv channels. But no privacy in the bathroom. Ceiling and wall in bathroom have opening. Makes it less safe. The hotel serves halal food which very good. Service staff very friendly and courteous.

It is about a 10 minute drive to the sea in Canggu. Atlas beach club is also nearby. The hotel is very quiet and you can relax. I stayed with my children for 2 nights in 2 rooms. The balcony is large and recommended for those who do yoga. Semat Street in front of the hotel is lined with stylish cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, and it's convenient to be within walking distance. The interior is clean and you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. We had a very memorable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our honeymoon. We reserved the private villa with the plunge pool. See below pros and cons:Pros -Lovely staffThe breakfast was very niceThe location was great. In a quiet road off a main street in CangguCons -The room was so humid and sweaty despite having the aircon on the whole timeThe room was dark and needed a lot of love to update itThere were no plugs by the side of the bedThe plunge pool was boiling hot - bath temperature, which is not what you want in hot humid BaliOverall I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay here again

Perfect little hotel in the middle of Canggu’s hussle.. location is close to everything. Walking distance to beach clubs, pubs and restaurants.AC leaks water in the room which is a downside!

I was alone with a childAt first they couldn’t find the entrance - they called - no one answered the phone (well, okay, it happens)Since I'm alone - if my child is sleeping I can't leave the roomRoom on the 3rd floorI ordered food delivery, not only did they not send a courier, they kept my food there for an hour until I called 10 times (they didn’t pick up the phone again)I explain: my child is sleeping, you haven’t asked yourself in an hour that maybe you need to bring a bag of food!?Oh sorry, the guys sayEnjoy your food - enjoy cold foodThank you guysOverall the room is great! But the price doesn't match at allFor this money in Canggu, next door you can rent a luxury villa with a private pool

Stayed in the Kemilau hotel for 4 nights on Canggu. The location is ideal as it is on a street with many coffee shops and restaurants.The lane way to get to the hotel is very conspicuous, then you arrive at the lovely hotel Kemilau. The quality is very high, rooms are perfect temperature, and breakfast is healthy with many different options.We originally booked a room with a pool, but the hotel “over booked” and moved us to the first floor executive sweet which was a good start. They gave us a free dinner for 2 pax and 20% discount on spa.

Stayed in the 3BR villa , 2 nights in CangguThese are my honest thoughts:Pros:-Spacious living room and bedroomsCons:-Bedsheets are dirty, lots of stains (attached pic example), asked housekeeping to change the bedsheets at night; they were quite polite to tell me they ran out of bedsheets as the existing bedsheets were being sent to laundry services.-Aircon was leaking (attached pic)-lots of mosquitoes in the villa, get ready to get bitten mozzies!!I guess; a better maintenance of the place would make it more liveable?

We stayed for 3 nights, and everything was awesome. Initially, they gave us the room on the 2nd floor, but because of my injury, we requested a ground floor room, which was granted. The room was cozy and spacious, had a pool view, and there was also an atrium.The breakfast was something we looked forward to -- healthy and delicious. We just loved our Egg Benedict with Salmon. 🤍 ✨️
