Never stay at this unreliable hotel!! I booked on September 4th for a stay on September 16th, but when I went to check in, my reservation was canceled. According to the travel agent app, the cancellation was made by the hotel on September 15th at 6:24 PM. It's outrageous to cancel just one day before, especially during a long weekend, forcing me to find another hotel at the last minute. The receptionist, after calling the manager, said the hotel was full and one room was damaged. If the room was damaged, why was my reservation canceled when I had booked well in advance? This is extremely unprofessional, I have lost both time and money.

We like the location of the hotel close to the beach, shops and markets and the new Bali Icon shopping mall. The rooms are well designed and spacious with separate living/dining room, separate bedroom and separate bathroom.The rooftop pool is special with a fantastic view over Sanur.We also found the staff to be friendly and helpful.On the down side, we have stayed here several times over the past few years in different rooms and it is a shame that the owners/management have not maintained the rooms to an acceptable level eg paint and plaster chips on the walls, in our room the lock on the sliding door was broken and also the bedroom door knob came off in your hand. The fridge freezer was frozen over with ice.The sheets and towels were very thin and worn.The rooms are cleaned daily however I suspect the staffing levels are not adequate to do thorough cleaning.All these issues could be easily fixed with proper maintenance and cleaning protocols in place.

Near the beach, and other nice shops to browse. Rooms are clean and big, stayed in the Suite. Comes with bathtub too, but not much hot water. Overall, highly recommended. Don’t steal anything, cause they do check.

They said our booking didn’t exist Even though we had the printed confirmation from them … ||The guy behind the counter called the manager but she was to chicken sh..t to come an face us and left it for junior staff to cop our wrath!!! …

Hotels to avoid.Worse experience we ever had in all our years of travelling. We have never had a booking stuff up. Even though we booked 4 months in advance, hotel sent confirmation of booking. We arrived to find out they had given our rooms away to two couples who only booked that week and month before. We asked to discuss with manager, who receptionist spoke to on phone. When we insisted on speaking to the manager, the receptionist informed us they did not have a Manager. After a lot of back and forth, the receptionist said I’ll give you managers number you call. I told him no you call manager from your phone for us to speak which he didn’t. We had to find another hotel which was difficult as most were fully booked. We were compensated with a $1:30 taxi ride.Even though you have confirmation for this hotel you best check as there’s no guarantee you will have it on arrival.

Staff management and customer service was abysmal.After check in ,and unpacked we were informed the manager wanted to talk to us at 1500hrs in our suite. At 1530hrs we went to find her. She informed us the head of indonesian intelligence wanted his room from 19th may to 21st may (suite i had booked and paid for from 17th to 24th may ) and we would have to move to one of the smaller downstairs rooms. As compensation we were offered a lunch and dinner at the hotel cafe. I had seen the menu and not been impressed. The value would have amounted to $50. This was not accepted. At this time i decided to spend from 19th to 24th in a smaller room to avoid any further demands of relocation. i had to negotiate via text message for the return of my entitled refund as the difference between the room rates which they determined to be Rp 1600000 (~$160 ). They finally agreed to 5 kg of laundry as compensation. Since i was in a foreign country i felt forced to comply with their demands rather than possibly suffer any consequences of defying the powerful authority of this man.
