I stayed for 1 night with my family... the staff was friendly, there was a pool for children too...I happened to be in a room on the 6th floor... from 6 in the morning I heard a very loud machine... I don't know what machine it was but it really disturbed my sleep, I already complained to the hotel and they said the water machine only sounded for 30 minutes. But I heard that from 6 to 8 o'clock.Honestly, it was really annoying because I wanted to rest longer and couldn't because of the sound... apart from that, so far it's good. I hope the management can improve it in the future.

First of all, I don’t agree with the payment conditions. They made me to leave my passport and go to exchange money because apparently IS NOT POSSIBLE pay with card. I beg you to tell this before people get there. Is not fair. And also I felt very uncomfortable leaving my passport.The room is ok but a bit old school, also I saw a few ants 😳, no way to charge my phone near my bed, and would be nice to have something to put your clothes. No wardrobes at all. Also should be good cleaning rooms before 2 pm. Too late after 2 pm.Everything else was ok. Nice rooftop.

Room is quite clean. Only the toilet spray and water flow were leaking so the water kept flowing out, I informed room service but there was no improvement so I left it be. Then there is a balcony but the lock is stuck and can't be opened

I stayed luckily only one night. Reception staff are friendly but The rooms are horrible (dirty, old, dark). The rooms need renovation (at least wall colour refresh - not big deal!). The reception call you at 9am to dont forget check out at 12, super annoying! No hot water in the shower, was only a bit warm. Will never stay again.

Not impressed with the state of the room.
I understand the price is cheap but i was expecting a little bit more. Was supposed to stay for the 3 days and checked out 2 hours after we checked in to find somewhere else

Its just ok-we checked out after one night and went elsewhere-you can find better in Bali -we just came down from Jakarta but if you have come from UK for example avoid -can find better-did-pool just tiny -its just OK place -but would never return.

Strategic location and hotel distance close to the beach💯The room is clean.Clean toilets.The hotel is also clean.The lobby is spacious and there are lots of table chairs for just sitting and relaxing while looking around.- Breakfast honestly doesn't taste good, the fried rice is mushy and sticky. Please fix this one🙏🏻🙂- Housekeeping is not careful in changing towels, wet towels instead of being replaced are hung on chairs and left there.- The wooden tables on the left and right of the bed are very fragile, so if you want to put things there, it seems like you can only use a small cell phone or drinking water because when you're there the table makes a sound like it's going to break.

Not the best location. Cold shower and low water pressure. Everything is possible on a scooter but it's a bit of a labyrinth to get to the beach. Some excellent coffee shops nearby that open early. If you're in Bali to eat burgers then you are in luck.

Dirty sheets, air conditioning that leaks a lot, dirty rooms. The bed is made every day but without changing the sheets, towels or pillows which smelled musty when we arrived. They only put back toilet paper if there is no more at all, if there is only a small piece left there is no new one. The tapestry is peeling off and is all moldy. There is a very bad smell in the room and the bathroom.

Visited just to swim.A beautiful place because it is on the 6th floor. And the view of the roofs of houses or buildings...The swimming pool is divided into two. For adults and toddlers. Swim to your heart's content!! HehehehThere is a small restaurant too, don't worry if you are thirsty or just want a snack.Nice day today.. the weather is not cold...The wind is a bit strong because the pool is on the rooftop...

Location is the best part of this. Just a quick two minute walk from the main road with everything. The downside was there were cockroeachs on the third floor meaning there probably all throughout the hotel. The stairs at the hotel near the pool are very slippery we had someone fall and hit their head, so be careful when getting out of the pool. The staff are amazing. Hotel rooms are small (even the largest ones) but comfortable enough.

BOSS Hotel Legian is very good, on the 6th floor there is a place to eat and a swimming pool with a view, but unfortunately in the elevator there is a cracked glass and there is free WiFi. This hotel is very good and highly recommended for those who want to stay or vacation in Bali

Stayed for two nights on a weekday during the holiday season, of course it was busy, it's a shame that the management couldn't manage the crowds, especially at breakfast time. Guests line up to eat, food always runs out, tastes are unclear and tables are limited. Of course, paying to include breakfast doesn't just mean you expect to get just a strawberry jam sandwich and a cup of coffee, but that's what you get.How is the room?The interior is still quite good, we need to re-educate the cleaning department so that the floors and furniture are dust free. The bathroom is quite good except for the lack of warm water on the 2nd floor.
