When it was time to check in, I was told that the cleaning had not finished, so I couldn't get into the room, and was given an excuse that had nothing to do with me, saying, ``It's full and I'm cleaning by myself'', and there were no toiletries or towels in the room. There is also no explanation of the key. The worst part was that I ordered "chicken" for breakfast, but what came out was pork. Check it out! There was a lack of hospitality and the staff were very poor. It's a shame because the room is nice

This is the view of having breakfast, a unique small loft. My wife said this is her second visit to this room, with reasonable room prices and a retro experience.

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was home made with care every morning and brought to the room at the time asked for. Pool was fantastic, I spent plenty a day in the sun in the pool with no one else around. Couldn't fault at all and sure I'll be back.

This is a gorgeous, quiet and lovely place to stay that's walking distance to tons of stuff in Chiang Mai. The rooms are so spacious and the pool is a little slice of heaven. Don't think we saw a single other guest our whole time there. Just a beautiful property all around.

Overall it's good. The environment, space and location are all OK. However, the air conditioning in some rooms is average. It's quite cost-effective.

Everything about the villa was lovely. There is a lovely terrace next to the entrance. There are only a few rooms, so you can spend your time in a quiet place without worrying about being seen.Breakfast on the terrace in the morning was also a very happy time.

A hidden place with treasures that only I want to knowThe hotel is so pretty and feels cozy. The staff are also very friendly.Rooms 101 and 102 are in the same building, and breakfast was served at a large table in the common space between the rooms, allowing families to have a peaceful and leisurely meal. It takes some time because the staff prepares and serves it alone.Premium Villa #103 is spacious and great for sitting in the sunlight at the front and back terrace tables. It's just an old house turned into a hotel, so like a hanok, it's vulnerable to noise, early morning cold, and mosquitoes, but it's okay because there are mosquito repellent and mosquito traps.Despite some shortcomings, I liked the place so much that I wanted to go again.
