This is so far, one of the best homestay I stayed in. The room is spacious, and well equipped. Toilet is very clean and you can see how much the owner takes care of the place and his thoughtfulness with all the little things (kettle, cups & etc) in the room. I always very impressed with old house and how well it was kept by people running the place. Old but very clean. Cleaner than any hotels I stayed in Bali. Location is good not too far from the busy area and very quiet at night. Staffs are super friendly. I highly recommend this HS for long-term or short stay.

I watched the hotel staff clean the room. He didn't use soap to wash coffee/tea cups in the room. He just rinsed the cups with water in the bathroom sink and used his fingers to rub off the coffee remains. …

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was an amazing place to stay. Rooms are spacious and the staff are super accommodating. The drinks on offer are also super cheap. After we checked out we were allowed to leave our bags at the Homestay whilst we went and had a mooch elsewhere as we were killing time for a flight. The ac works very well, just need to angle it right. The only quarrels we had with this place is that staff made up the rooms regardless of whether you wanted it or not (would be nice to have a do not disturb sign to put on the door as we don’t like our room being cleaned whilst we stay there). Also there were some slight stains on the top of the bed sheets but nothing too serious. Furthermore the power cuts out daily, but just ask the staff and they can reset the breaker for you. The location is right next to the main road which makes it easy to get transportation but you can also walk anywhere from here. Overall, lovely place to stay, staff are super nice and helpful and the rooms are good for the cost

Access is not far from Sunset Road, the price is cheap, the rooms are quite spacious & clean, there is a terrace/balcony for relaxing/rokok. Service is okay and friendly. There is a vehicle parking area.The bathroom is quite clean & the water is strong.

Staying here for 5 days. Away from the noisy areas. Room is spacious, with fridge, tea/coffee, a/c, balcony and strong shower. There are several restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Breakfast can be ordered and eaten on your balcony. …

We left early. It is expensive for the standard. The rooms are very outdated and not clean, the bedding had burn holes in it and the side boards and other material items were all stained. The doors all have gaps in them. The air con isn’t great. The bathroom is very very old. The road outside is VERY loud. It is out of town just off a main road so you can’t walk anywhere. Not a good location. Had the worst 2 nights sleep so left before our last night. The staff were nice however and they made the bed daily but I wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel is located in a very quiet area of Seminyak. Recommended for those who can be satisfied with the bare minimum! There is a TV, air conditioner, and refrigerator. The electric kettle was broken so I couldn't use it. The owner and staff are all very kind and friendly! The cost performance is pretty good, so it's good for people who don't want to spend too much on hotels!

Good location, very good rooms if you consider the budget and a very helpful host. The only drawback I felt was that only 2 small bottles of water per day is never sufficient. Otherwise everything else was really good.

Seriously this place is my favorite from all I stayed in places in Bali … the room is clean, bed is comfortable, ac works well, shower also working good, the water presure running well, cleaning everyday, good location, close to the sunset road but quite area, price also affordable, the staff n owner are super welcome and helpful ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ saddly they are not accepting monthly stay!
