Friendly host but room was inadequate. Ac was blowing warm air and there was no fan in the room making it uninhabitable. Stuffy and humid. The ac has not been serviced for a long time. The host, though friendly refused to even acknowledge that the ac was not working. We had to find another place and move. The host charged us 15000 rupiah for using the shower and taking a bottle of mineral water.We do not need ac and have often stayed at places without ac but this room was poorly ventilated, no ac and no fan, was completely inadequate.

Accommodation is in good location not too walking distance to the beach and the "Flea Market". The street is quiet in the evening. The rooms are clean, but old and run down, and the old air conditioner was not cooling much in the room I had. These factors can bring a certain smell in the room, so maybe this is not for the sensitive like me

Great location for getting to the beach and seminyak centre, short walk to both.Service and staff very helpful and accommodating for our needs. Shared details of a great driver who took our family out for the day.Rooms comfortable, clean and quiet for a good sleep. Bring an eye mask as the curtains are very thin.Definitely stay here, but DO NOT visit the massage parlour a couple of doors down. The women stole my mother in laws bank card whilst she had a full body massage and spent £900 on it before we left so hadn’t noticed.

Nice guesthouse, I was able to fill up my water bottle and use the kettle every now and then. Very friendly hosts and the breakfast was delicious. My room was upstairs, so I had a nice view.

At night the guest house was difficult to locate because I didn’t see the sign but luckily I was able to find the owner and to get into my room even though I arrived at 9pm. The room was okay, shower water pressure was fine, toilet worked well, but there wasn’t any soap or shampoo only body wash (I may be mixing up which one was available but it was just one and not the basic toiletries supplied like most places I’ve been to) so that was a bit of a disappointment but if you bring your own body wash and shampoo and soap you’ll be fine. I was packing light so I didn’t bring anything.The breakfast was so tasty! I was really happy to have such a great meal, and the service was really good. Everyone was super friendly. The location is great and very close to everything so it’s a steal for the price! As long as you don’t have too high expectations for the facilities you’ll enjoy your stay. Also Netflix in the room was such a great addition and it really made my vacation down time more enjoyable, thank you!

Super pleasant. The equipment is getting old and the drain in the sink smells very unpleasant. The shower isn't ideal either, but at least they have hot water.The owners are very lovely and look after you in a very friendly manner. Everything you need is nearby and the beach 🏖️ is super close

The price is correct for what you get. Our ac wasn't working properly (not cold), but except that it's fine. Fried rice/noodles for 25 000, size is correct for the price.

Pros: LocationCons: For the price, you will get something better also with swimming pool.The room is super basic and dark. I thought I will stay longer but we checked out after only sleep for 1 night.In January, when we stayed there, Seminyak beach was full of rubbish!Luckily I can sleep, otherwise will be a nightmare!

💻Best hosts and best internet speed in the area. We stayed for about 10 days, we worked on the computer in the garden. The upload speed was awesome, the food was also delicious. Air conditioner was clean and worked well. There is also a large refrigerator in the room.The hosts sit in the backyard in the morning and are very cheerful. It's nice to have locals you can trust around.

Affordable stay in Seminyak close to many restaurants and too close to the beach (about 3 minutes walking), on the first day of my stay there was no water for few hours but then it was fixed. The owner is so kind and so helpful, I also rented a scooter there for cheaper price than renting anywhere around, they also provide breakfast, beach bed, surfing lessons and other services.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Guesthouse is in a food location near the beach (25 minute walk) and centre of town but just out the way enough to be quiet.Not a bad price would definitely recommend just be aware that the stairs to our room was very steep so if you struggle with mobility you'll have to ask for a ground floor room. 😊👍
