Good location and the owner family are so nice ,but the staff‘s behaviour (the skinny one with long hair and a short young guy) was completely inappropriate. They stole my Hurley bathing shorts and only gave them back after I saw him wearing it and confronted him with photos of me wearing it in the past. The staff claimed they found it in the room when cleaning after we had switched rooms.It would have been an easy thing to return the shorts to us or to at least ask if they belonged to us since we had only switched rooms and werestill staying there.Without words, this is theft!On top, ever since that day, also our airpods are gone. They must have also find my airpods in the room. The young short guy found both, he kept my airpods and the other one took my shorts …We did not say raise the topic with the owners as we did not want to create problems for them nor do we want to hurt their business. They are so friendly owners and personally had nothing to do with it. But keep an eye in your staff!And this is the photo of the guy when he was wearing my short ,I only write this to help other travelers and to show to the owner that maybe this time to change this tow boys in the reception

Worst accommodation experience everMultiple wall cancers in the roomThe water from the shower head is very salty and has a special taste.The toilet shakes when you sit on itThe toilet door handle fell off as soon as it openedThere is a big crack in the door of the room. Cockroaches crawled in through the crack in the middle of the night.Also because the door has a big crack, whenever someone smokes outside,The room will smell like smokeThe internet is also very poorThe speed of wifi is slower than the original network of mobile phoneI only stayed one night, so I quickly checked out, canceled and changed accommodation.

We only spent one night and they have all the basics, not luxurious but perfect for the price. The mattress it's not so comfortable but we have got a good experience, any disappointment or unpleasant surprise.

The room is very old, but livable. But the bathroom is just terrible, it's on the first floor.-There are a lot of sewer flies, we killed 20-30 every day, but they fly in from somewhere again. (closer photo, each black dot is a fly and they are still flying into the room)-After washing in the shower, worms crawl

The price on Agoda was 175K, I didn't have any expectations. but when I arrived I got early check in. when you enter the room wow! very clean and cool. there are swimming pool facilities and it is also close to a 24 hour minimarket so you don't worry when you are hungry. which can be said that the location of this hotel is very strategic. behind Beachwalk Mall. just by walking 10 minutes you arrived at the mall.The problem with this hotel may be parking access for cars. because the alley area is narrow

Suitable if you want to stay near Kuta beach, just walk for about 10 minutes, only the location is in a narrow alley and parking the car is difficult

We had multiple stays at Sari Indah. Its a very nice and cozy place. We stayed here when we had to go to Denpasar airport or arrived there. Simple breakfast but still a good start in the day. Also we could park our scooter here when we where in labuan bajo. We would always come back ❤️

I had booked and visited the day before and when I arrived there was no room we discussed then the 2 backpackers who had my room decided to take room 7 the innkeeper offered me room 6 again but in the meantime that is to say 1 hour I booked at Suji...Agoda didn't want to hear anything, the innkeeper claimed that I didn't show up 😳so Agoda charged me 20 euros😳😱🤬😡

Can't beat the value for money here, a simple but clean room with a relaxing balcony, a small refreshing pool, friendly staff, quiet location in a small lane...cute dogs too 🐕 😊|This kind of small family owned place has become a rarity here …
