The people are not friendly. Last month I went there and ordered a room for 2 peopleThen the waiter said that the rooms here can only accommodate 2 people, not more (bitchy expression). While looking at it, I didn't seem sure that there were really 2 people, even though I had said at the beginning that I ordered a room for 2 people. I thought I wanted to bring a group. Enter the room quietlyJust change the receptionist for a friendlier one🫠

The rooms are nice, clean and tidy for around 200 thousand.The location is strategic even though the entrance to the alley is dark and quiet at night but busy. Do you understand?Then, if you have sensitive ears, don't stay on the 1st floor because every night sometimes there are people hanging out in the kitchen area and making noise.

Hopefully the road to the location will be quickly repaired and street lighting added. The location is very good, close to tourist locations, for customers walking, especially those carrying suitcases, this should be considered for the time being.Rooms and prices are appropriate, maybe pay more attention to cleanliness so that customers' daily stay is more comfortable.

The place is very loud on the ground floor. The reception desk and kitchen area are both there next to each other. You will be able to hear people in the kitchen area being very loud, yelling, and playing their phones loud from inside your room on the first floor. Wait- it gets worse.Agoda & other travel sites state there is "no public smoking area" in the hotel. This is fairly normal and the usual rule in hotels as it's a public health standard. Except at Cove matahari -- it's a lie. Not only is there a public smoking area but IT'S THE SAME SPACE AS THE KITCHEN AREA. That's right. So you can expect to have many people smoking throughout the day and night in the same place you're supposed to cook your food and eat. You will end up smelling like cigarettes, your clothes will end up smelling like cigarettes and your food will end up smelling like cigarettes. Instead of providing a normal kitchen space to eat and cook they provide an opportunity to get lung cancer and be sickened. This is just the most unhealthy and unwelcoming place to stay. I left after one night and that was was one night too much. Don't be fooled by their false advertising. This is only a place to stay for those who like loud noise, cigarette smoke and lung cancer.

The room is good, at this price, it's really nice and clean, the AC is cold, the mattress is clean. BUT THE DISADVANTAGE IS THAT THE BATHROOM LIGHTS TURN ON & OFF BY THEIR OWN, SO IT IMPRESSES HORROR ESPECIALLY WANT TO SLEEP JD PARNO🥲, Maybe you can check the lights in room 112

I stayed here for a month.The booking process was very long and complicated, it could have been simpler, and the customer service could have been more responsive. They have 34 pages for the agreement. But the good part is, where all guest house rented their place daily in December, they are still open to renting their place monthly.The road leading to the guest house was in terrible condition. It was muddy with potholes, especially when it rained for days and the road flooded. The road, which is severely damaged due to rain, poses a threat to road users.The room was alright, but everything was so basic. The lousy quality of the sheet and the bed cover was very uncomfortable. The hallway was so dirty, especially the floor. I saw a coffee spill that stayed there for around a week.The cleaner cleans the room once a week but only cleans the floor and mops it. The bathroom will be left dirty, especially the toilet and sink.Overall, with the price they offer, so many things could be better. Like the booking process, the road, the hygiene, and the quality of the sheet, pillows and bedcover. Bad

The location is very strategic on Sunset Road, behind Kaizen. But, the entrance is rocky ground and when it rains there are puddles of water. But it's still okay for that price.You can't drink here, I asked the receptionist and he said he hadn't bought it yet. But until I checked out I still didn't get it 😄The mattress is quite okay, but the lights are only white so it's not comfortable to rest on. The bathroom is a bit clogged and the shower drain is not running smoothly. Minimalist sink tap water. Got a bath towel.The only thing that is surprising is why when you shower here your body feels slippery. The soap I brought myself compared to other places was rough. Maybe the water needs to be checked. Hot water is also unstable, after a while it becomes cold.Some parts of the wall have spots.Wifi okay.

Rural atmosphere in the middle of the city, confused right?By entering the inn you will enjoy an ATV style trip, the rooms are comfortable, quiet and every morning there is a lady who sells herbal medicine who likes to hang out in front.Want to go anywhere nearby and the rental price is suitable for solo travelers or traveling on a budget

Rooms are nice enough but quite noisy. Could hear the receptionist and her friends talking, laughing and playing music in the lobby through the night. Not recommended if you want to get a full night’s sleep.
