Uninhabitable. We reserved a room through booking that seemed nice, clean and bright, however as soon as we arrived they gave us the keys to a room that had nothing to do with what we reserved through booking. The room was small, dark and smelled very damp. The walls were full of fungus and the paint was peeling off the wall due to humidity. To complete the decoration, in those spaces where there were no mushrooms you could see cracks that went from one end of the wall to the other, giving the impression that the wall was going to fall at any moment. It does not comply with the health and hygiene standards of any establishment. As soon as we entered the room, we spoke to the friendly receptionist to change our room and she told us that we have to pay more because it is a different type of room, and without a double bed. We asked her to make the double bed for us or give us our money back, so the receptionist went to talk to the manager. The manager refused to let them make the double bed for us (which was putting two single beds together) and that it was better that we cancel. The hotel staff told us that all the guests assigned to that room have to cancel and that we were not the only ones, it must be that the manager hopes that some fool or desperate person will stay in that uninhabitable room.If I could, I would give this hotel 0 stars but the app won't let me.

The hotel is in the center of Kuta city, so it is well located. The hotel facilities are not bad but they could very much be improved. First of all, the shower does not give enough water and the little amount that comes out tends to be cold. On the other hand, the restaurant is truly deplorable. We ordered a Margherita pizza and a chicken schnitzel, a priori a simple order, but they were able to destroy it. The chicken was accompanied by a sauce that didn't go with it at all and the potatoes were pure fritanga. The "homemade" Margherita pizza is one of the worst pizzas we have ever tried, and of course pre-cooked. In conclusion, the hotel is not bad, but don't come to the restaurant. You will see it empty and it is not a coincidence, it is for a reason.

Hotel very much in need of updating. We have been without hot water to shower for 2 day’s every time we complain we are told “mechanic on way” so far no mechanic. Room is small with communal lounge area which is very difficult when others are also using the area. I would definitely not recommend this “luxury” hotel.

The hotel is very well located, there is a beautiful swimming pool and the rooms are spacious and very clean. It's very quiet, you'll sleep well. It’s good value for money.However, there are strong smells in the rooms and bathrooms and the breakfast is not as impressive as in the photos. In addition, the king size beds are two single beds pushed together.

Warning!Warning!Warning!This Hotel is fraudulent...I did not stay at the hotel because the room was so tiny and disgusting.I canceled my reservation in person and the management refuse to acknowledge this.I booked and paid for this day online and then 5 days later I was also double charged to my credit card for the non-existent two day stay.So this is a valid warning never ever stay at this hotel it is fraudulent.

Got there to find our 3br villa was having a “project”. This involved the kitchen being removed, the sink on the floor, builders wandering through the living area and a couple of sheets taped up.We had even pre visited, contacted one day earlier (because we had a 6&4 yo in tow), and still not been informed. Dini at the front desk then tried to talk us into it without acknowledging that maybe the problem was not us.Dodgiest thing I’ve seen in the last 20 yrs of travel. It’s why reviewing is so valuable. Avoid this one.

Great hotel! Breakfast buffet was good and food changed daily too. Pool was lovely and super clean. Staff were wonderful and ready to help - they allowed very late check in, brought us water, looked after our bags and were very friendly! Shower was a bit temperamental but was ok. Aircon in room worked great and nice big lounging area downstairs from the room. Area was good! Super quick to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, ATMs, etc.

Just stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff were AMAZING and super helpful. I loved the bathroom in our room and the breakfast buffet is decent. Would definitely stay here again.

In the restaurant foods are lovely and tasty. Miss Ayu the best young women she is runnıng for helpıng and servıng people to make theır happiness. She ıs one of the best. Rooms are cleaned and tıdy. Pool always clean but sunbeds are not enough.

Our room was outside of main premises. Inside premises, villas were great. Room was ok, directly opening on road. Bit little noisy by nearby staff room and people on road. Pool was good. Bathroom was choked and water was logging. Staff was very helpful. Attached restaurant was good with nice options for breakfast for vegetarian as well. Beach is 5 mins walk.
