There is no shower gel. Dirty sheets.The WiFi doesn't work and in the morning I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Thank goodness it was only one night

Impeccable location 10 minutes from the beach, very comfortable bedding. Unfortunately questionable hygiene (used and stained bath sheets as well as the pillowcases). No hot water, leaking heater. Cobwebs and dust. No shower gel, shampoo, or bottles of drinking water as indicated. In addition, the kitchen utensils are dirty and outdated. No reception, you have to contact them on WhatsApp and sometimes wait several hours. More motel than hotel.

Has a stove and fridge which is rare and great. Unfortunately, the staff never shows up. Not cleaning the room or giving new towels once during the stay of a week is weak service.

The pool is small and clean.The room was not cleaned, we stayed there for 5 days and were not given clean towels.There are no cockroaches.The kitchen has everything you need.10 min to the beach

A place in the center of Kuta, but being in an alley it is super quiet. Each room has a private kitchen with utensils. If there is any problem, the owner comes right away and helps you! Clean and comfortable rooms and bathroom. Perfect place to relax by the pool, plus the sun shines almost all day in the little garden

We stayed for 8 days, the man who runs it is so friendly, if any problem, he'd be there un a minute and fix it. So relaxing, the pool is perfect, and the ubication, you are in the middle of Kuta, 5 min by the beach, but youre not hearing the street noise. I recommend 100%

This is good option if you want to stay longer. (Might be unpopular comment, but rather that staying in expensive neighbourhood in Canggu stay in Seminyak) and this property has it all, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes, warungs, store, market,spa, atm, post office, laundry, anything! (and best of all there a pavement along the road).-small kitchen and fridge very handy if want to cook simple breakfast-spacious bathroom-enough size pool-hot waterBut yes downsize-the cleaner never there (you have to wa the guys and ask him to clean the room)- small pressure shower-really bad wifi (basically no wifi at all)But we're lucky we get super cheap price before the school season coming, will stay here again for more than a week
