Stayed here 3 nights, the location is really quiet... The room smells, the toilet is dirty. Service was so so, when I wanted to check in there was no one on duty, waiting a long time to check in. Breakfast ok.

The room is rather modern and clean. Very friendly family business with good service. The pool is great and everything is wel maintained. The bathroom is abit won but very clean and it does what it have to. The cottages have a nice balcony to sit and relax in privacy

We booked 3 rooms and every single was the same situation Good things: - clean swimming pool Bad things: - rooms and bathrooms are dirty, stinky - towels should be white but was black and smell bad - bathroom never seen cleanings products - fangus in the whole bathroom - when we arrived toilet was in poop. Never again

It's located at the back of a narrow alley, so if you have a large car you might have a hard time.It's within walking distance of the downtown area and you can't hear the noise of cars from the hotel, so I think it's a very good hidden gem hotel.The rooms are quite satisfactory considering the price.There are toothbrushes and soap, but no body soap or razors, so you can bring your own or buy them at a nearby convenience store.

Superb service! I like how the staff are all smiled whenever they see us. We arrive at 2AM but still we were greeted with a big smile.The hotel looks nice from the outside but needs to be maintained to keep it pristine and presentable to the guest. The bed was not made when they showed us the room. So sad that we only had 1 pillow each. The TV is not working and we don’t have a chair inside.The biggest blow was the toilet. It has a lot of stain and rust.I hope the management do something to make it more appealing and presentable to their guests.

Very good location, 10 minutes walk from Kuta Beach. It's quiet at night because it's in the back from Poppies Street, which is lively until midnight.At this price, hot shower, air conditioner, refrigerator, and breakfast included are quite good.Room cleaning is available upon request, so please request it at the front desk.The only amenities are a toothbrush and bar soap, so you will need to bring your own shampoo, etc.

Good hotel and location, but there is an incomprehensible smell of plastic in the room, it seems that it appears due to the fact that something is heating up in the sun and it is impossible to get rid of it even with constant ventilation, the owner must do something about it, this is unacceptable.

Location a little difficult to get to. Extremely narrow street, only one car passes at a time. Very pleasant hotel, with a large swimming pool and a very beautiful garden.

It's a cheap room I found so I could store my luggage in Kuta on the day of my return and take a shower before going to the airport... I guess it was too cheap...First of all, the road itself is not accessible by car, so you have to get off at an alley and drag your suitcase into a narrower alley, and the room is a little worse than a cheap motel room in Korea... (I ended up not showering in the room and went to a massage shop. I took a shower in)Overall review. If you're like me and waste 20,000 won, you'll end up feeling bad, so while you're visiting, spend 20,000 won more and get a different room... haha.

We are travelers, been to many places lived in every kind of hostel, homestays and hotels, but this was the worst just awful! I dont know how the rating for this hotel can be this high. First, hotel location is bad, road to the hotel is very narrow also there are lose not so friendly dogs. I can say that hotel outside look good but inside… I can say wow, in the worst way possible. Room have a really bad smell, air conditioner not working, just blowing hot and humid air. Tv not working. There was some ants in our bed. Bathroom was so filthy i can not describe! Everything is old and dirty. But worst of all the the towels, they should be white but they were grey, very dirty, had stains. We asked to change them, but we got even worst ones! Also we asked to change our room because in the room was really hot, they agreed, but other room was even dirtyer just condicioner was working a bit, so we stayed in first room. Really really do dont recoment this hotel!!!

If you are looking for a cheap hotel, don't choose this one. There is no money in the world that can pay for this filth. I don't have photos of the breakfast, because when I saw it I could only cry because it was so disgusting. Location in a dark alley that is very scary. If you are a woman, don't go there....

The swimming pool and exterior are in good condition.The condition of the room is that the bed is not clean.It seems like they don't wash it well.There's hair, a few days old blood, and a few stains.I think I need to replace the shower booth and other things in the bathroom.Above all, the alley leading into it is very eerie.There are no street lights, it's dark, and there are even dogs in the middle.The location is the most disappointingIt should be an alley, located at the end of the alley, and you have to go about 150m in.While I was sleeping, I kept waking up in the early morning because I heard it was pouring rain. I wondered if it was still going to rain even though the sun came up in the morning, and then I heard the sound of the air conditioner. I didn't notice it during the day, but it was quite loud when I was sleeping.
