My son was in BIMC hospital. This hotel was close. So thankful for the gracious accommodative staff, clean rooms with great AC, quiet tucked away hotel. Great breakfast with lots of options that changes daily. I stayed a week and this was a great experience. Pool is lovely too. Room service is fast.

Nice hotel.Although Kuta Beach is a half hour walk away, it is a secluded place without any noise or fuss. You can cool off in the clean water pool.Decent breakfasts, even by European standards. You can order different types of scrambled eggs and pancakes with different fillings.The restaurant menu also pleased me.Among the TV channels there is one Russian - Russia - it was nice.The rooms are clean, cleaned every day.Very friendly staff.A 10-minute walk from the hotel there is a mall where many brands are presented and you can eat delicious food. Moreover, you can get to it through pedestrian crossings, which is rare for Bali.

The hotel is in a quiet location, with convenience stores, restaurants, exchange services and other stores nearby. It can also be reached within a 5-10 minute walk from downtown Kuta. The service staff are very kind and treat every guest with a smile every day. If you have any difficulties they will be very friendly and eager to help you solve the problem. The swimming pool is also very clean and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Looking forward to visiting again next time.

We found this hotel when our flight was cancelled due to the CrowdStrike meltdown.|Pretty much the airline said find your own hotel.|This place was very accommodating and the included breakfast was delicious. Made to order pancakes ❤️ Centre of everything and very secure.

1. Reception is ok, check in is fast, front desk is friendly, the rooms are clean, the old building is well maintained, standard amenities2. Although the location is a bit far from the beach, it is quite easy to access everywhere, the places to eat around are also quite good3. Good housekeeping, I stayed 4 days 3 nights for an office event, every day the room was cleaned4. Breakfast is just okay, not too much variety5. What I regret a little, is the service at the breakfast buffet, the hospitality is still very skewed towards international tourists, I was reprimanded at the egg station because my order was several times preceded by imported tourists who came later even though I only ordered one omelette and they had a lot 😂Used plates that have been finished are left and not taken, unlike the tables of long-distance tourists who are served immediately, although the waiters are still friendly, local ones tend to be ignored more

The room was nice and the staff were all friendly. All smiling.There is a convenience store at the entrance of the alley. If you want to smoke, although you can smoke wherever there is an ashtray, most residents will still smoke in the outdoor smoking areas on each floor (two areas on each floor). So there is no smell of smoke in the room. Breakfast was great. There are no less than 15 kinds of dishes cooked to order. Very suitable for a long stay. The hotel itinerary can last for four days without going to sea. (Forgot to take a photo... I’ll send you a photo of looking at the sky at night to match the photo of the calf next door)

The Kana in Kuta: A Comfortable Stay with a Few QuirksWe recently spent 10 days at The Kana in Kuta with another family, staying in a family duplex. Here’s a summary of our experience.Highlights and Observations- Room and Amenities: The family duplex is quite small but spread over two stories. It includes a very small bathroom, but the beds are nice and it has all the necessary amenities. The view was not ideal, as it overlooked some run-down buildings with just a glimpse of the pool area. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and found the room to be good value for the price.- Breakfast: The breakfast was simple and not very international. There were good pancakes and an egg station, along with a small selection of bread and pastries. However, there were no toppings except for butter and a jello-like jam, so it wasn't top-notch.- Dining: The restaurant was good enough for lunch and dinner, providing a convenient option for meals at the hotel.- Service: The staff were very nice and welcoming. The front desk was particularly service-minded and helpful, making our stay more pleasant.- Pool Area: We loved the pool area, which we had to ourselves almost all the time. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.- Gym: The gym was a very small room, and unfortunately, the treadmill was out of order during our stay.Overall, we were quite happy with The Kana. While it wouldn’t qualify as a four-star hotel in Europe, it offered good value for money and a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in Kuta with nice service and a great pool area, The Kana is worth considering.
