We arrived at the accommodation, but after an hour, there was no contact and no one was there. And we were shocked by how different it was from the photos, so we ended up waiting and getting disappointed, so we moved to another accommodation. We were embarrassed at a place where we had important guests, and we asked the landlord for a refund, but he kept asking where we were staying and acted like he was going to chase us to the accommodation, so we ended up not getting a refund.

I didn’t want to believe all the bad comments and still made a reservation 2 days before but after walking 45 minutes in the sun i finally arrived and all the room were full no one were here to help me just 2 guys who were not even aware of my booking. Then i made them call the boss who told me that all the room were booked so now i just have to wait for a refund that i’m not even sure about. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place ! I never put bad comment but they were really not professional…

Spotless, aircon, wifi, nice garden. Sure there's no hot water but the other reviewers are full of nonsense.

A beautiful, value-for-money property with amazingly spacious, though austere rooms. The rooms open on to a beautiful garden of frangipani trees with cream-coloured flowers, and birds singing in the garden. The property is in a quiet lane and within walking distance of the Jungutbatu beach and restaurants.

- very strong musty smell, not safety- rude stuff- location is not correct- nobody meet you to check in, you need wait- no hot water- bathroom dirty- room is so old- some stuff broken: chair, socket …I staid only for 1 night and moved. It is not safety place for healthy.When I asked about money back 3 left nights in WhatsApp, in booking message and no any answer. Only ignore.When I asked stuff, they said only hard NO. And no any comments for my other questions.

I never give negative reviews but the experience I had with Green Cottage deserves to be told as a precaution.I arrived at the hotel that evening and no one was there to check in so I had to call the contact number. The lady told me that her staff was on the way, no news for 30 minutes, I decided to call back. The lady tells me that it’s better to talk via what’s app. I send messages to find out the status of the person who should come but I have no answers, I call the contact again, still no answers. Which allows me to analyze the place. Dirty and disgusting, trash cans, empty alcohol bottles, ants everywhere, old cutlery lying around... After 1 hour, someone arrives to open the room for me. Dated bathroom, wardrobe that could collapse at any moment, no toilet paper, no duvet sheets, sheets with marks and yellowing. I ran away and quickly left. Unfortunately without refund. A little advice? RUN AWAY!

This place is a good value for money, more on the budget side. There is an internal garden, it's quiet in the evenings. Typical Bali guesthouse vibes. Staff is nice, though they struggle with English (they get an English speaker on the phone if you need something complicated). Location is great, close to everything.The accessibility is confusing for the first time because the location is wrong on the map. Green cottage Nusa Lembongan is good place to stay, rooms are clean, Ac is available and also good garden view. I recommend this place as it's very near to everywhere including Mahaghiri Beach, Yoga spots and restaurants. The staff is friendly.
