Everything is really ok, the price is cheap, the location is very strategic because it is in front of Patong Beach, the staff is very helpful, if I'm not mistaken the name is Wai, the rooms are very big, clean and smell good, all kinds of equipment & facilities are very complete, next time I go to Patong I will stay there here again, God willing.

This is an honest review from me, the price isn’t worth it! they should charge more! basically all the basic things inside the room are there. huge room, toiletries is perfect, smart tv, big cabinet. staff also very nice here the only things could bother you only some bars beside the guest house at the night could little bit noisy. location near to the beach is a positive value

Can’t fault this place for this price. Can be noisy during Friday Saturday nights due to the music from the cafe across the road. Then 8am construction happening next door to this guesthouse, hopefully in the future next door won’t be noisy. Location is awesome, lots of chic cafes and restaurants.. most of all the beach!

I booked a room for 4 people (1 king-size bed and 2 single beds) for about 30,000 won per night. It was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony was also very emotional. I was worried that it would be noisy because it was so central, but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't sleep. The sound of the club music was great. I can hear it haha

Ideal quiet location of the hotel! Hotel by the sea and in the very center of Patong! Absolutely new hotel! Only 2 minutes walk to the sea! Also not far from Bangla Road and Jungceylon! Everything is within walking distance!

Gorgeous location! Quiet location and steps away from restaurants and all the entertainment. The price is reasonable, the rooms and service are at the same level, I liked everything. I’ll return to Phuket, I won’t even look for other hotels, I recommend it to everyone!
