Our stay was absolutely amazing. The best part was indeed the view on the rice terraces, it looks exactly like on the photos (… no, even much better!!!). The staff took a wonderful take care of us, they are so friendly, kind, humble and always smiling, we felt like at home ♥ There are two restaurants near by, walking distance, one cafe, but we recommend to rent a scooter an explore more :) But, the staff can also cook a lunch or a dinner from their “villa menu” (and it was always delicious 🤤). They cleaned everyday, changed the towels and simply stop by throughout the day if we are ok and whether we dont need anything, we appreciated that very much. We would love to come back again ♥ Thank you for everything ♥

First of all, the positive, beautifully situated property with two private residential units. The family that looks after the property is very sweet and friendly.“Breakfast”: I don’t know how to phrase it. It’s better not to offer breakfast like what we were served. Toast with egg, and a fruit platter, which is usually quite sufficient if some love was invested. It is fatal to prepare the scrambled eggs or fried eggs and then wait until the fruit plate is ready, because then the food is simply cold, the toast is very soggy and barely toasted.Compared to other accommodations it's just a disgrace.The staff is super nice, but you have to keep telling them what they have to do, they are simply inexperienced, that's my personal opinion, and I don't actually have high expectations! But for this price, you can/have to offer more.

The place is spectacular, you have practically a mansion, the garden with views of the rice terraces and a pergola where you can have dinner and breakfast is spectacular, the bathroom with only half a roof is incredible with a super large bathtub and a shower.The only problem I saw with this place is that the guy who made us breakfast in the morning tried to be attentive and helpful and was annoying, and he didn't speak English very well and it's difficult to be understood.Another problem that I saw is that the roof is not very well insulated and at night there was a kind of bird that made a very annoying noise. And you can't rest well.

Very nice Villa and affordable. Owner and staff are friendly. Location is a bit further but they provide transport upon request with a charge. They do food delivery with the menu they provided. They provide free breakfast. The view is beautiful and there is a swing. You can also request to walk around the paddy field. Totally worth the stay and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Green house is owned by Balinese family and atm they only have 2 rooms. One of their rooms looks nice with nature view around it.

Amazing private place overlooking rice fields-From the breakfast service in the morning to the cleanliness of the grounds, this place offers a quite retreat from the streets of Ubud. Nestled in the back of a traditional Balinese Family Compound, one sees the same view as the Puri Sebali Hotel just down the road for a fraction of the price. Just a little over 3 miles to Ubud, walking the trail. 120,000 Rupiah back via a taxi. Can’t recommend enough.
