We are from Adelaide, South Australia, we found this gem and will definitely go back. This hotel is tuck in the soi but surprisingly the back door is connected to the night barza and food street. There are hundreds of restaurant and food street items just under 100 metres away. The room is clean and services is excellent. We used the Grab service under the counter staff help without surcharging. There is a gorgeous swimming pool that we have no time to try as we have a lot of other fun things to do, may be next trip. And about 300 metres away, we found Starbuck coffee with amazing staff there. At CH Hotel we got the room with the price $40 AUD per night with 2 persons free breakfast. And we also found there are some package for the long staying as well, some thing like 4,900 bath per week, with free breakfast, everyday room tidy, swimming pool, fitness and all services. This place is excellent compare to the price we have paid. We recommend this place for the people with the normal budget. But if you are someone wants the 5 star hotel, go somewhere else, this is not your destination.

It is located next to the Chiang Mai Night Market. It is convenient for shopping or shopping at bigC. However, the cleanliness of the room is not good. I encountered tail-broken geckos, cockroaches and flies in the room.

Cleanliness is not at all up to par, the bathroom is much too dated, dirty and not cleaned, the vacuum cleaner has not been used in the room, there is mold on the handle to flush the toilet , the sink is totally scaled and not cleaned, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise, we had holes in the sheets, the fridge was in a disgusting state! There was food left in it for a long time that hadn't been cleaned out! breakfast is a joke! The "clean" plates are disgusting, there is very little choice, and their quality is not up to par.The swimming pool in the photos looks good, they deliberately do not show the very important opposite of several buildings in the surrounding area, nor the dirt of this place. The one and only good point is its location, but given the multitude of hotels with better value for money available, I do not recommend it at all.All !!!!!

Large room and breakfast was simple but okay. Super friendly staff. Every day they came to clean and change towels. Right on the market, our room was on the market side and we were not bothered by any noise.

Service was nice. The only barrier was language because I'm American and speak English only. The room was small and there were small ants everywhere! Pool was mediocre at best. Only 6 ft deep at one end and a 2 ft deep at another.

Our experience here was a bit disappointing.A big disappointment was that the pool was under repair while we were there. This was never communicated to us, and we only discovered it when we saw a posting in the elevator. We strongly feel this should have been communicated to us beforehand. We expressed our displeasure to the front desk and only after repeated visits to the front desk to sort it out, we were finally offered free breakfast for the duration of our stay. The staff also were not helpful at all in terms of what was available for drinks or recreation in the area. The restaurant said it was open daily, but the restaurant was closed every night with no explanation why.The rooms are fine and the AC was very good. The hotel is in close proximity to the Anusarn Market, which is good and bad. It is good because you can literally walk out of the back of the hotel and be at the market in a minute, so it’s very convenient for shopping or food. It’s bad because if your room faces the market you may be kept up from the noise and music. The room was comfortable and the bed was fine, so the accommodations were adequate, but there were a multitude of annoyances that made our experience here less than we had hoped for. We were also disappointed to learn that the cleaning staff took down a travel clothesline for drying clothes and broke it in the process, without ever having notified us.Overall, our stay here was disappointing, but we were still able to shower and sleep in a comfortable room, so it wasn’t all bad.
