The room is old. There are dirty stains in various places in the room. The curtains are torn. There are insects entering the room. The worst bathroom is very dirty. There is not enough parking (nothing at all), which is considered very bad. One time is enough for this situation.

Rinrada Loft Resident is a budget-friendly 2-star hotel, and based on our experience, that's a fair rating. The management is one of the highlights of the stay—they are responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. The cleaning staff were also courteous and did a good job of tidying up our room, changing the sheets, and replacing towels upon request. The hotel’s location is another plus; it's within walking distance of several temples, dining spots, and shopping areas, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.However, the hotel itself is in dire need of renovation. It has a dated, industrial feel and looks quite old. Our room, number 405, didn't feel clean upon arrival, prompting us to buy bleach and cleaning products to bring it up to a reasonable standard. The bed was uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip in the middle, and the pillows were worn out. Although we didn’t use the fridge much, it didn't seem to function properly. The bathroom felt somewhat dirty, but at least the water stayed hot, which was a relief.On the plus side, the sheets, towels, and pillowcases were clean, and the balcony offered a decent view of the mountains, which added a bit of charm to an otherwise underwhelming room. Overall, while the friendly staff and convenient location are commendable, the condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Reserve a week in advance from Agoda. When the check-in day arrives, come in and ask the person in front of the counter. It was a man wearing glasses who spoke badly and said to let the room go to the person who had already paid. So we asked, in summary, if there was only one place to stay, what would I do? The person in front of the counter answered. I don't know and I don't take responsibility. Until we complained to Agoda Came back and said there was a mistake and allowed me to stay. I feel bad. Very bad wordsSummary: Reservation has a high risk of not having accommodations.

There is no cleanliness at all. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The room floor is sticky. It's old but not too dirty. Booked for 2 nights and only slept for one night.

We have been regular customers here for quite some time. Because we have to work and study and go to Chiang Mai every week. Therefore chose to stay here because of the economical price. Even though we never criticize or complain about anything because we are easy-going people, I wonder if every time we contact LINE to make a reservation with an accommodation. There was the last time they blocked LINE, so we decided to come and complain today. From all reviews of guests Everything is true as every view confirms with one more voice.

Don't book here. Run away. You've been warned!Employees speak badly We booked many rooms. Every room was bad. Don't call it dirty. Calling it filthy would be more appropriate. The room was musty, the refrigerator was moldy and very smelly. The bathroom is very rotten, with only black and yellow stains. The mattress is very filthy. The yellow and black blankets also had foul stains. The floor is sticky. Black and yellow stains all over the floor. The air conditioner has only black mold all over it. The curtains were half molded up. The curtain rod was broken. It's about to fall. We have to go get the cloth we prepared ourselves. Spread it on the bed to sleep. Because it was late, it was very scary. Once was enough.

Be careful. incredibly dirty, disgusting to touch everything. the photos do not correspond to reality. everything is moldy! in dirt! the bed linen is not changed, the bed is torn. there are insects! this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. worst! for this price there are a lot of good hotels in Chiang Mai, clean and comfortable.

We reserved 2 rooms. The first room doesn't have a musty smell, the air conditioner is cool, and the mattress doesn't have holes yet. The bathroom is not old but it is usable. But the refrigerator is very stuffy. The water heater is broken. The second room I walked in had a musty smell. The air conditioner in this room is not cool. If you turn it on for a long time, it will not be cool. The water heater can be used normally. The mattress collapsed into a hole. The bathroom is a bit older than the first room. The refrigerator also has a musty smell. Both rooms are spacious. Enough to sleep for just one night P.S. In the picture is the first room. The other room was not photographed. It's the latest picture. Went there a few days ago.

The location is closer to banks, and food outlets. It’s also close to the US consulate where I wanted to go. Rooms are very big but there is no fridge. The bedding is not as clean as I would have expected. However, it’s worth the price

There is no good certification. It's just very hot and there's no fan at all. There is no good reception. It's not worth a break at all. Another thing is understanding time. Check-in at noon or afternoon, we wait. The building is very old and we came very early in the morning. But we brought a small child with us. The child was sleepy. Because I came early in the morning, it was my fault. My boyfriend was at a meeting, so I couldn't go anywhere on my own. There's no sympathy here at all?
