The owner of this hotel was physically abusive towards me and my son! He has a report against him !They were very rude and not good hospitality …. Like most Balinese now it’s about money not good service …..Rooms are nice - little mouldy- but nothing else ! View is goodCleaning very very non existent - no cleaning ….

An amazing experience. Just a little bit pricier than most places. Very amazing view! Amazing bathroom! Amazing tub. Great family compound that takes care of it. Breakfast was tasty every morning. Our favorite was the banana pancakes. We felt very safe with their cameras and front desk staff. Anything we needed they tended to.

Very nice hotel outside the "caos" of central Ubud. Very kind staff, who drop you off in town for 15k rupees while to return to the hotel, taxis charge you at least 50k.Very good breakfasts brought to the room.Breathtaking view of the forest with the sound of the river below and birds, frogs and others.PS: the photos of the small swimming pool are from rooms 001 and 002, therefore private swimming pool.

It can sometimes be very busy in Ubud center. If you like peace and quiet then this location is for you. You can still be in the center within 5 minutes by scooter. The ideal thing is that you can visit the hustle and bustle yourself. The location of the hotel is ideal, there are many nice restaurants in the street. The famous Naughty Nuri's, a charming Korean restaurant, room4dessert and much more. The street has a crossfit gym, a normal gym and my favorite "barbershop Balance" is there. The hotel itself is very beautiful. It has a nice atmosphere and the staff is very sweet and helpful. They are ready for you with whatever you need. Like all the other rooms, ours had a kingsize+ bed, a beautiful bathroom and a spacious balcony overlooking the jungle! You can see the sun rise every day. The pool was great with a beautiful view and a nice lounge area. Breakfast was delicious. There is an extensive menu from which you can choose every day. I would definitely go here again if when visit Ubud again.

This was our first accommodation in Bali. The pictures on the internet promised a lot. Unfortunately, the accommodation was completely musty and moldy and a bit outdated. That really depressed the mood.The breakfast was very tasty (choice between pancakes, toast and dishes with beaked beans). We always ate the pancakes because they were very good! Location is quite good. You can get to the center on foot, but footpaths are a bit impassable. The villa is located in a small alley, so it is very quiet.There was a pool, but it didn't look very inviting, so we never used it.

I was very happy with this villa, the room and view from the balcony was gorgeous, free breakfast every morning at whatever time you choose. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Ubud.

I believe we have some room for improvement here, the view was amazing yes, it's got this jungle view from balcony, to see the running river you will need to go down to the swimming pool area.The food was ok, I think for the same price on lunch or dinner, you can get a bigger fuller portion in the restaurant or eatery outside of the villa, so we have not ordered anything for lunch or dinner from the villa after we tried that on the 1st day we arrived. However the breakfast was not too bad. If you got breakfast included, good on you, good choice.Towards the end of the stay, last 2 days the wifi was not working at all, because we gotta leave soon so we could not be bothered to say anything.The rooms were not really noise proofing, got some new guests checked in 4am in the morning, and we can hear everything, stomping, running, laughing, door opening etc, it woke us up.Overall, for the price we paid, I think I will re-think my decision to stay here.The service was not bad, the staff were polite.

It was one of our best stays. The room is spacious the bathroom is beautiful and the view is amazing.The staff is more than welcoming and extremely helpful. A La carte breakfast with great presentation.The location is very close to the center especially with a scooter. I’d definitely stay there again!I’d definitely recommend renting a scooter from the lady in the grocery store next to the hotel on the road. She’s extremely sweet and helpful.

We had an amazing experience staying in Ubud Paras Villa! Each room has its own terrace with incredible view. The breakfast is included and serving every morning to your terrace. The location is quite and atmospheric. There is a river down the hill. Highly recommended!

Loved my stay here. The view and quietness so close to busy Ubud is fantastic. The pool was super clean and refreshing. Breakfast get served to your private terrace. The stuff was (as typical for Indonesia) absolutely lovely and welcoming. I will come back for sure.

We spend two nights on our journey through bali and lombok here. To be honest, it is hard to beat the magnificant view into the jungle and unto the wild river from your balcony. But still, this was the most expensive acommendation of our trip, but it really was not the best one.Ubud is indisputably more costly than other areas, but still - I kind of expected a little more. The whole room reeked of aggressive cleaners after every service. I know being located in such strong humidity must be hard to battle with all kinds of molds. But I could barely stand the strong smell. We had to clear the air as best as we could afterwards.Because of the humid air, everything in the apartment will be damp, including the insanly broad bed, which is otherwise very nice. But no other bed on our holiday had this almost moist feel to it.The location all together is neat, you have an amazing sunrise and good sunsets, you will see bats right from your room and we dont mind the steps either. But the pool area has seen better days. The pool has not been cleaned in days when we got there, so we didnt even try swim in there.The bath is big, the shower gets nice and hot! The bathtub we did not use, I guess it is nice to have anyway.The breakfast is good, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. What I really do have to mention is the insane cost for laundry, in other equally nice places we payed about 20k for 1-2 kg of clothes. Therefore we didnt even ask what the price is (our fault, really) but when we had to pay 120k for a small bag of laundry I was a little shocked. Please be advised to walk 2 minutes to the next laundry service and try to avoid their pricing.

5 star views at a relatively affordable price. Excellent service and hospitality. Ie went for a hike at sunrise and came back at 8am and the room was made up again! Breakfast was delivered to your balcony. I believe they only have 5 villas so top notch privacy.
