The best hotel whole our stay on Bali. Clean room and bathroom. Delicious and fresh breakfast and fruits with open kitchen so it’s possible to see how was prepare meal. Good location in Ubud too.

Best hotel we stayed in whole Bali. Awesome service, delicious freshly made breakfast. Rooms are so clean, tidy and modern, that we felt like home and was able to recharge batteries after long days of local adventures. Staff was always kind and fixed all our requests. Bad tv was replaced after few minutes. We got scooter delivered to the hotel too and phone handle was provided after request. Baggage is carried to you room. Nice pool and awesome views, you are surrounded by the nature. Will come back for sure!

Beautiful resort with a view on the Jungle and a river. Very calme and relaxing. The room were a bit old. The service was 👌.location is close to the city center but far enough to avoid noise and traffic

Sorry I have to give you 1 stay just because I had fully paid for my 2 nights stay at your resort with your confirmation 1 month ago and you cancelled on me last minute just 2 days before I check in causing so much inconvenience and unnecessary stress during my 3 weeks holiday and birthday celebration for my partner supposedly at your resort!This is utterly irresponsible and unethical doing business like this! Boo! 👎🏼

The hotel is really very nice, especially if you get a room at the back (type 106) overlooking the pool and the river. Surrounded by greenery. Courteous staff although not attentive to requests such as help with suitcases and a truly excellent breakfast. Fresh fruit every day. Negative point is the separate payment of the Espresso/cappuccino even at breakfast.The overall score is therefore very positive, except that it is practically impossible to sleep in our room (101). There are roosters overhead crowing all night and it was impossible. Overall the hotel is excellent so just pay attention to which room you get before booking because in our case it was all full.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view on nature . The service was very kind and professional . The kitchen was good .You can move a little bit for other food places by yourself. It's good to take a headlamp if you go after sunset .Massage was very good too.I recommend this place with no problem 👍

Breathtaking views from the rooms, the pool, dining and pretty much anywhere you were staying here. Rooms were well-equipped, clean and spacious. Water pressure was great. Highly recommend the breakfast here, too. The hotel staff were all really warm and welcoming, and a special shout-out to Ana and Yoga -- they were both extremely hospitable and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team at Ulun Ubud Resort!

We have stayed at Ulun Ubud for 8 nights and our stay here has been amazing! We have loved every second. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Throughout our stay here all staff couldn’t do enough for us, all staff are amazing so friendly and happy always smiling. The food at the resort is amazing! The rooms are always so clean and tidy! Thank you so much for making our stay in Ubud one we will never forget❤️ we cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done for us. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone coming to Ubud.

Super nice resort. We had a deluxe junior suite in the lower part of the complex. The great view of the greenery and the pool makes up for the stairs😉The room was spacious and clean. The shower area needed to be replaced: the towel holder was only hanging on one screw (despite a complaint it wasn't repaired), the bathtub had cracks, the drain smelled. T. unpleasant and we had ants in the shower. Since the area doesn't have a window, it was always damp. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was always very tasty. The massage was also very good, although not quite as cheap as usual in Bali. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and always smiling. All in all, a great stay.

An excellent hotel, quite close to the center and surrounded by nature. There are several nearby businesses (plus a spectacular massage center) and places to eat. I didn't like that the tub for bathing had a leaky cap and therefore it wasn't possible to use it (even though I told them, they weren't able to resolve it in 3 days). Furthermore, the French window was not airtight, so several insects and ants often entered the room (but this is normal because you are in nature). The food is quite good and they are really very kind and friendly (the staff is always available for any request). In my opinion, the sweet breakfast needs improvement: there are no cakes and for those who are not used to Asian culture it can be difficult to have breakfast (the croissants they have are very buttery!). However, all in all it went well, I definitely recommend it!

After a hustle and bustle drive from the airport we arrived in a patch of paradise. ||The views from the main pool and restaurant across the deep valley are great. ||The private section pool was magic. ||Food v good.||Staff, soooo helpful and friendly.

A truly exceptional experience!! Everything was perfect here, it was my little paradise!The hotel is immersed in nature, all in stone with statutes, calm, maintained gardens, it's so peaceful,two beautiful swimming pools, one at the top, quite large (some rooms give direct access to it), one at the bottom, you have to take many stairs to get there but the view is worth it, a breathtaking view of the forest with a small stream!My room and the bathroom were perfect: spacious, bright, clean, cleaned daily, bottles of water available at each visit, comfortable bedding with mosquito net, mini fridge, kettle, safe, bath products, towels and bathrobes .The balcony with the view of the forest is my favorite to enjoy the view morning and evening and the calm of the place!The breakfast is perfect: fresh produce, varied fruit buffet, savory and sweet products, homemade jam, freshly squeezed fruit juice, the menu to order a varied à la carte dish is delicious, the coffee tasty.A valet service is available to take you to the center of Ubut and pick you up: time slots are fixed and specified at the hotel reception.It is also possible to go to the center of Ubud on foot, I did it daily (~3km quite easy to access)The location is ideal: really close to Ubud on foot or by motorized vehicle while being peaceful and green (far from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city), the activities that Ubud offers are all easily accessible, many restaurants, cafes around ...Flawless and very good value for money, I will come back!!

Wonderful hotel with Bali architecture. Rooms are very generous size. Great pool area over looking a deep revine. As the hotel is built on the side of a revine, there are lots of steps from the top level down to the pool and to some of the rooms. It's manageable so long as you don't have mobility problems.
