Great friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms are small but quaint and all the basic requirements. Love the mid sized fridge, we are 4 nights into our stay and location is perfect for exploring. Quiet at night, markets, massage, restaurants, laundry and so much more close at hand, value value value ! 😄👍❤️🙏

Stayed for 2 nights. The location is great. But these days the road is under construction. So you have to walk a bit from the main road. It's not an issue, but the car rides have to stop from the main road.The staff is okay. They speak English. There is an elevator 🛗 for this hotel.Easy access to the chiang mai city and old town. Rooms are clean, but the size is not much. Ideal for solo travellers. There is no balcony for the hotel. Bathroom cleaned. Air condition, TV, refrigerator there. But no wardrobe 😕.Stayed in the weekend. There is not much noise. But the soundproof is not much in the room. But I didn't stay much due to my itinerary.So, no refundable deposit was asked from me. The front desk work time is 8am to 10 pm. So, if you check out early, you can drop the key to the bucket at the front office.Security is okay in the neighbourhood. There are food stalls, 7 eleven and necessary things can get from nearby at affordable price.

It does not match the description. The agoda details page says there is a TV and refrigerator, but there is none, only air conditioners. The air conditioners are very loud.

The biggest advantage is that the location is great! You can walk throughout Chiang Mai's Old Town. The staff are also really friendly. Smiles and greetings make Chiang Mai better. Although it is vulnerable to noise, it is a wonderful accommodation that turns even inconvenience into romance. Recommended if you are not sensitive to room conditions.

It was a gosiwon-like room, but the staff was friendly, the air conditioning worked well, and it was good value for money.

Toilets and showers are shared, but each room is completely private with a key. It was about 400 baht per night, but the room was cleaned every day, towels changed, and drinking water added.It's close to Tha Phae Gate, so I think it's easy to access anywhere. It's a little far from the main street, so it's quiet at night.The staff at the counter can speak English, so even if there is an unexpected situation, I think we will be able to communicate.

The room is nice, clean, but very small. The customer service is very good and they are very helpful. The main disadvantage, however, is that the hotel is located very close to a kindergarten, so on weekdays you can hear very loud continuous noise from children from 8 a.m. until late in the afternoon. For those who prefer peace and quiet, I recommend another hotel.

Private accommodation was great for the price!I stayed for 3 nights and it was good value for money.However, I think it may be a bit cramped for 2 people.It was okay for me because I stayed alone. It's great if you stay alone! The bathroom is clean, and there are a lot of good breakfast restaurants next door.The downsides are that you have to carry a card key, so you can't leave the air conditioner on, the view outside the window is disappointing, and the lighting can be a bit disappointing. So what's this?

I went for a single bedroom with shared bathroom. Never had to wait to use the bathroom. Fresh bottle of water everyday. Very basic but does the job, lots of cafes/restaurants around it all within walking distance but not too close if you don’t want to be kept up late each night. 7 eleven close by but you don’t hear the bell xD
