The stay was perfectly fine. It was clean and the downstairs is cute. There’s so many adorable places in Chiang Mai that I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms are pretty small for more than 2 people, and the pool is nice but only open until 8pm which means I never saw anyone in it. I wouldn’t say the staff were particularly helpful - there was a 500 baht deposit that could only be paid in cash for the one room key (no others allowed) and towels. They then had the audacity to claim we stole their towels and wouldn’t let us leave or give the deposit back until I personally walked back upstairs and showed housekeeping where the towels clearly were. All in all, it wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t jump to recommend it.

The hotel is located in the old city, very convenient. It's a boutique hotel, very clean and beautiful, really beautiful. Our room, there were 4 of us, had a mezzanine and a view of one of the thousand pagodas of Chiang Mai, fantastic. The very young staff speaks perfect English and is kind, clear and helpful. The pool is magical and the massage service wonderful. Top breakfast. Absolutely recommended
