The hotel is not clean, the bathroom has cigarette butts, under the mattress you can find used crystal methamphetamine (drugs) there are lots of people dealing drugs here, the female receptionist is not polite, every time you check there are people offering drugs there. Characteristics of "short people, likes to bring girls and boys, their names are Caucasian Be careful, there are lots of transvestites and open bo, please be comfortable

It's not nice, the place smells like lots of cockroaches, if you want to eat, just think about it, the guard sleeps on the sofa in the lobby, eats and is talked about if you take a lot of gasopan, the cook doesn't make it clear, most people huddle together.

What's clear is like the comments that gave 1 star....the cashier is not polite, the price doesn't match what is stated, what's more, there are too many girls passing by (it looks like night butterflies.... for families it's definitely not comfortable 🙏

3rd time coming here, satisfied with the place & service. Always get a nice room, neat, comfortable and clean😍😍 the service is also friendly, the staff is also friendly🥰 get towels, water, toothbrush & toothpaste. The bathroom functions well, there is hot water but it's not too hot. The AC is quite cold, it's really cold at night hehe, the TV functions well, there is a cupboard (there are 3 hangers in the cupboard) anyway, your staycation here won't disappoint. It's just that the price is a bit expensive, different from the price at the front which is displayed, it can cost 235 thousand a day, with a price there is quality😍❤️ the only minus is the mattress, the mattress makes a loud noise so it's a bit uncomfortable but no problem😉

The room is just big, there's nothing in it. The price is 290, it's the same whether it's big or small... There are no clothes hangers, the AC isn't cold enough, the TV signal is off and on. Where does the room smell? The employees, including the receptionist, are not polite. Try to fix all of that. .

The hotel is very dangerous, the price offered does not match what is advertised, the service is also very bad because the staff employees forcefully ask for tips and I saw many underage women wandering around the hotel. Basically, if you can, don't check in here, you will definitely regret it. really.

Ordered via Reddorz, when I arrived to check in my family was first asked for an additional fee if it couldn't be arranged elsewhere. Then given an inappropriate bed. I reported the RD and then got my money back and moved rooms. Instead of thinking, they said don't choose standard if the bed is small. I choose according to the application.

Just last week I checked but the lady who owns the hotel made fun of the trousers I was wearing because they were leggings, and besides, it's none of her business to comment about trousers, but it's my turn to wear thigh-length shorts, it's really a dog!!! I just know enough 😡😡😡😡

The maid is like the one who owns the hotel, even though she is just a helper, a cook who cleans up Songong, she's really rude, so she's too lazy to make breakfast, just fire her. The Javanese Songong maid, I'm sorry, she's old, I don't remember the basic working age, how come when you work in a hotel, you don't really bother here? we pay but it feels like we owe something unclean💩💩💩🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
