The hotel where BO was open, there was a robbery/mugging under the pretext of open BO, the victim was forced to pay in the room even though they had not had intimate relations, the room door was locked and the key was taken, the door was not opened before paying, even though they had not had intimate relations, the perpetrators were 5 people, 1 woman and 4 men, one of whom was hotel security, had a great method of extortion by opening BO

I am very grateful for the service of this hotel, my cellphone was lost for 2 weeks and apparently it was kept well by this hotel, today March 8 2024 I was contacted and informed that my cellphone was found by this Permai hotel and was kept well . I really thank the entire staff of this beautiful hotel, I hope that in the future the hotel will be increasingly busy with visitors and success will always be for all the staff and managers. 🙏♥️

This is a hotel with an old and outdated building. The lights in all the rooms and each room are dim so it's a bit scary... Stayed here for 2 nights because I was too lazy to move to another place but had a different room... First room, 1st floor, Room 102 Price 300,000 per night (closed damaged, broken cover Yes, the signal is bad in the room, the TV has an error turning on and off. For a fairly large hotel, the building has a lot of rooms, there's no wifi. It's inferior to Oyo. The price is 50,000. Continue the second night, ask to move to the top floor. Who knows, there's a good signal on the 2nd floor. Room 502 with the same price of 300,000 (here it's worse than the one below the 1st floor, the AC is leaking, the TV has an error turning it on, the lights are really dim, it makes it scary, the room is really narrow compared to the first room, the toilet is small, the water is yellow, Lots of Cockroaches and Mosquitoes in the Room, Neighbors are Noisy Left and Right and What Makes You Annoyed Asks to Move Upstairs The signal is still rotten in the room and there is no WiFi so it's hard to use the internet... Please pay attention again to the Management of Permai Hotel

The cashier sm CS played very well. If you have a guest, you have to smile, don't make a face. The app still doesn't connect for a minute and it's still working, but it's still not working, so it's not working on CS, it's not working on CS at the checkout at the cashier. You can't do it if you're dirty. We'll tell you CS then let's go. Eh, CS didn't answer, pouting his mouth. Even though we are kings, guests must smile politely. Skl q check out min KTP nm q d laugh.. Every time I want to take a break, I'm always told it's full because everything has been booked, obviously the parking lot is empty🤣
