The service at the front desk was friendly and cordial, and the room was large and clean. However, the breakfast options were very limited and not delicious.

The location is good as it is on loi kroh road and near to the old town. Rooms are ok but not much natural light. The main issue is the noise in the hotel as the way the hotel is designed and the materials it is made out of means it is extremely noisy. Doors banging, noises from other rooms, breakfast set up all make getting a decent night's sleep difficult. It did not help that next to me wasa family of idiots who were banging and clanking around and shouting. Also the concept of flexibility is alien to the staff as despite there being many rooms free no early check in was allowed. Everything is done by the book. The bell boy guy was really helpful, though. If they could do some kind of sound proofing it would drastically improve things

Spent two nights here. Had to upgrade for TB700 because standard room was dark and depressing and the beds squeaked. We had two singles, they told us double bed rooms were all occupied but, given hardly anyone was staying at the hotel, I did not believe it. The upgraded room was better, huge double bed and a single. The mattress was very firm and the bed-frame so clunky I kept bashing my shin on it. There was no bed-head either and the pillows would fall into the gap. The breakfast was terrible. The coffee undrinkable and only sliced white bread with one choice of topping - strawberry jam. My omelette was raw inside. We left and walked to Starbucks. The best part about the hotel is its location, close to the markets and bars and restaurants. Also, the burger place at the front is amazing!!! Would I stay there again? No.

The staff was kind, but the front desk didn't give me a very good impression.Breakfast was mediocre.A small old-fashioned resort hotelThere are many convenience stores, massage shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is very run down. There are holes in the walls, the air conditioning doesn't cool but just blows air. The pool is not on site, it is too small for the amount of hotel guests and is therefore overcrowded and there is not nearly enough sunbathing space. The location is ok but noisy. The walls are too thin

Old hotel, large rooms, very clean, comfortable beds, excellent location. Very poor breakfast, 3 nights out of the 4 we stayed there was no buffet, only a choice of 4 items from a meager and lousy menu. The price we paid was worth it.A beautiful and well-maintained pool with chlorine-blasted water, enter only with binoculars, a danger to the eyes.

The location is good and convenient to go anywhere. The building, rooms, and facilities are quite old, and renovations were being carried out here and there during my stay. The staff are kind and very friendlyI was surprised that the pool was next to the parking lot beyond the road, but I was glad that I had it almost to myself.

[Please count the number of towels when staying]When I checked out, I was told that there were not enough towels in the room. There's no way you could lose your towel just by being in your room, much less steal it.I think housekeeping probably forgot. I was very suspicious of one of the staff members and had a very bad experience at the end.Although the hotel itself is showing its age, I think it is a good hotel considering the price and the access to the surrounding area. I liked that the room was spacious and the shower room was also large. There is one staff member who is not very accommodating, but there are many kind staff members. It was a very disappointing ending for that reason.
