The location is good, next to the night market (but the food is not delicious and very expensive, it is sold to tourists); the swimming pool has been broken for I don’t know how long it has been broken, and it seems that there is no plan to repair it. There is no TV in the room; the configuration of the space is also very strange, toilet paper Place it next to the shower. Remember to take away the toilet paper before taking a shower~~

I hate giving bad reviews but her we go.this was my honest experience at this hotel. The hotel is not like what the pictures shows. The pool water was very foggy, which I would never swim in.I noticed big rats running around and lizards running up the walls. The bathroom had no door just a shower plastic thingy you roll, which made it difficult to utilities the bathroom if you’re sharing the room with a person you’re traveling with. The bathroom shampoo, conditioner and body wash was never refilled. All other bathroom utilities were very cheap.Shower head spat the water in all directions.I was shocked and I saw some insect that looked like a snail but was not a snail climb up out shower wall. It was a concerning moment. The rooms have no privacy whatsoever so ever I cannot stress this part enough if you’re travelling with a partner. The owner also tried to trick us and was hoping to get away with it.We booked a superior room, but she switched us to a different room which is the cheaper version.I picked it up on it on our arrival, the room numbers changed last minute to what I was seeing on our booking but I wanted to leave it till next day to address it to see her reaction and her response. This involved a major price difference.I feel like she was hoping we wouldn’t notice the room change. When we addressed her about it the following day,she didn’t have any explanation to justify it. She immediately switched us to the room we paid for.Regardless of the negative experience I have had here there is still no privacy at all. No windows to open. No air vents nothing. If you needed to do a number two and you’re sharing the room good luck mate that’s all I have to say. It’s sad that my first experience in this country involved such dishonesty from a hotel owner which had such good reviews hence why I booked it.She did help us tho to get a reasonable priced rental car. That i will definitely give to her 😅.she did pull through amazingly with last minute request. $1300 butts per day and 200 AUD deposit which gets returned to us at the handover of keys. We did enquire with a lot of places and they quoted us so much higher. Please if you’re reading this do not pay more than $1,300 buts for the vehicle. We saw some paper work which was left behind in the glove box that some people paid 10,000.00 buts for the rental car.DO NOT PAY THAT PRICE!!I am not sure if this special treatment was because she knew she tried to fool us with rooms and she got caught or she was honestly being nice and helpful. It does make me question it because of her dishonesty at the start.I would NOT return to this hotel again that’s for sure!Good luck on your experiences. 🤙

Staffs were friendly, breakfast was extremely nice.Nevertheless, there was some issues we wasn't too happy with. There was no television in the room, no staff stationed at the reception. The floor was all covered with tiles which is obviously gonna be slippery, and I meant ALL, including the bathroom. My soon-turning 3yo child fell twice, once in the room which landed on her bum and the other landed on her head in the bathroom. That fell was so bad that caused a huge bump on her head immediately.Overall, I can only suggest that do not book by looking at the photos. There's always wear and tear after a long time.. It's far away from being kid-friendly so don't consider if you are bringing your child.

First day we arrived at the hotel there were only 2 sets of towels , dental kits and water even though I booked for 3 peoples. Second and third day also happened same problem and I had to ask the receptionist to give me the towels and dental kits for one more person even though I've already told to the receptionist that we booked for 3 persons. But this problem kept happening all the days I stayed. To be more worst , there were no towels and dental kits at all on the fourth day. I found out that trrible service when I arrived back from the trip and I need towels to take bath. So I had to ask the receptionist to give me the towels and dental kits for all persons. The receptionist told me that their laundry service was broken down and they don't have the enough towels so they couldn't give me. Then he ask me to wait for towels and he will going to find any towels available. This hotel was the worst hotel service I ever had. I will not stay at this hotel any more in future and I will share about this terrible service to the peoples I know.

I had booked based on photos and price. However after booking I had seen some negative reviews and so had concerns. These concerns were not necessary. The location is brilliant, just minutes from the night market, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It’s not a five star hotel and so don’t expect five star facilities and polish, but for the price I’d certainly come back.

Cheap room for quick stay. Right beside a busy night market and crowded area. Pool was decent but hard to find staff when I needed them and more door lock never worked right. But for the price the rooms were nice.

(Two adults and one child) We left our luggage at the counter in the morning. We were let into the room first before the check-in time at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We also have one extra quilt ready. The little sister and brother at the counter are very friendly. The refrigerator in the room is large and can also make ice cubes. The air conditioning is Dakin and very quiet. There is an electric mosquito coil attached in the room. The comb that comes with the room is very high-quality and has the words "please take it away" printed on it, which is very humorous. The only drawback is that the shower cubicle is not waterproof and water easily overflows to the outside, but it dries quickly and does not affect our use. The water in the swimming pool is a bit gray, which makes people reluctant to go into the water. The hotel is next door to the night market, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear a little heavy bass sound. However, we have stayed in different hostels in different countries and encountered louder ones, so this small heavy bass is not very big. question. The porridge for breakfast is delicious! I didn’t think about taking pictures until I was halfway through eating. Comes with a glass of milk and mango juice.
