Living (boarding) here for almost 4 years and almost never had any serious problems. The location is safe, peaceful and there are always guards. The fence closes after 12 o'clock. Room service is sometimes offered and is very reliable. You can also clean the bathroom, change the sheets, etc.The facilities and room size are also quite good and suitable for 1-2 people. The AC has regular servicing, there is a refrigerator and shared kitchen on each floor, private bathroom. The environment around the rooms and each floor is also diligently cleaned every day by the staff and while I was there I rarely saw cockroaches entering the rooms. Rarely, not never. Wifi is quite fast and is on every floor, sometimes there is interference but it seems you can use a LAN cable as long as you have your own.The hotel/boarding house staff are also very friendly both to guests and each other.Overall highly recommended for the price offered. If I have the opportunity to work in the West Jakarta area again, I will most likely choose this place to live.

Every time we go to Jakarta, we usually stay here. Location in front of Patmos school. The place here is really comfortable, it's safe and there is a special key to enter the boarding house area. The bed linen must be changed every time someone new comes in. Here, free mineral water is provided for boarding school children. There is also hot water in the bathroom. Towels and toiletries are available. Good service, the staff are friendly. There's free wifi too...
