DON'T AD THOSE WHO WANT TO STAY HERE, THE MATTRESS STINKS, THE PILLOWS STINK OF GARBAGE, THE TOWELS Smell of GARBAGE, THIS IS A CAGE, NOT A HOTEL!!!Can't flush in the toilet, ask for a DEPOSIT, what would you want to damage a class hotel for 50 thousand, at TRAVELOKA it's only 250 but the photos are good and the concept is good, this is a CAGE, not a HOTEL! the room is just ugly, you can't smoke in the room!!!It's ridiculously noisy, the AC isn't cold, water is given 1, do you know what the concept of this hotel is!!!!DON'T WANT TO STAY HERE GUYS! DON'T REGRET IT!!!TRASH HOTEL!

Rooms are poorly maintained. The room door is locked and can still be opened from the outside. The sheets smell musty. Dirty pillows.

The first time I wanted to come here, I already set my expectations that I would definitely get a zone because of the previous Google Maps review.But when I came here, it wasn't bad... Maybe it was lucky to get room number 8 on the 2nd floor.The problem is that you were asked to choose a room initially. The staff took the initiative to ask me to look at the room first. Don't forget to explain the shortcomings of each room. So, from several rooms shown, I finally chose room number 8. That's because the lights are warm, so I just like it & it matches the vibe of the room.Bathroom, air conditioning, mineral water, mattress, blankets, pillows, etc. So it's a budget hotel like this in Jkt. Don't expect it to be good either. The important standard is that it is clean & can be used for a short break.The good thing is, this is around Blok-M. So if you want to go for a walk, access is very close.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL IN ANY WAY!!!!!! The service is not friendly, from the outside it looks like an empty building, it's not maintained inside, it's the same, the sheets have blood marks on them, the floors are really dusty, the floors are dirty, the toilets are really dirty!!!!! Doesn't match the photo! Ordered via RedDoorz, the photo doesn't match expectations, please fix it in any way, if you don't want to and can't fix it, don't open a hotel! Like a livestock pen, not a hotel!!!!!

The location alone is quite strategic, otherwise it's not. Better change the concept. Checked in at 2 o'clock and immediately checked out again. Even though the price is quite expensive for the size of the room given. That's how uncomfortable it is. The sheets and pillows were really dirty. Dirty bathroom. The door is broken. The mattress is rickety. The roof of the ceiling is really dirty. And there's no signal. The wifi can't be used.

I've given up on staying here... I'm almost moving hotels, I'm just thinking about the loss, I've already paid 366k plus I want to go in, plus 120k plus use a deposit of 100k. Always staying in hotels, we rarely use deposits. This is what we want to damage, it's already really bad. . The bathroom is dirty, the mattress is dirty and smelly, especially the pillow has damp moles 😭 the bath towel looks more like a doormat, not suitable for use. I even asked to change the pillow fabric plus another towel pad. Use a personal blanket and then buy slimut for moving to the work mess tomorrow morning. Not anymore, it's enough to make you not sleep well. The noise and the smell of dust make you dizzy. Think again if you want to stay here, bestie bestie.

no more, my skin burned because of being bitten by a tomcat in that room. blistering until now. really bad dirty room. smelly, dirty bed linen. It's better if you think twice about sleeping here

Very disappointed with the Urbanview Blok M hotel. Moved rooms 3 times, because in room 1, there was a light off so it was dim. Room 2, greeted by 2 cockroaches, the drain pipe above the toilet was leaking very badly, the toilet door couldn't be closed, finally it was jammed with tissue, lots of mosquitoes, dust, dirt on the windows. Room 3, AC problem. floor, bed sheets, pillows and bathroom dirty. Stay in room 3 until morning, tired of moving rooms. In the room, you can still smell cigarette smoke, the sound of people laughing out loud, the thump of people's footsteps on the 2nd floor & people singing. Got charged 78k because I checked in 1 hour before. And the 100 deposit cannot be returned. This is really expensive, in the same class as a hotel like that. Many visitors have been disappointed when they saw the reviews, but why hasn't there been any change in the results? Very different between the advertised photo and the original. The receptionist did not provide clear information. Totally 550K is very far from the facilities available. Highly not recommended! DISAPPOINTED

the receptionist was unclear, instead of serving, he was busy playing games. Bad service, pillows are also very dirty. The floor is sandy and the amnities are incomplete, you have to ask for a towel before being given it (and even then only 1). Not recommended to stay here. The pictures displayed are just icing on the cake

starting from the reception roomdirty, lots of stuff, lots of food, dirty boxes & not neat like a warehouse.the stairs look like a fire station. There is no handle, it spins and is afraid of falling.I heard the sound of people making love at night, it was very exciting.The ceiling is nice, like a bridal room, but it looks like there's going to be a fire soon, because the fabric is sticking to the lights.For those with large bodies, it's a bit difficult to get in because the door is small.bathroom without mirror,wall mold,The AC is not cold, the mattress is dirty, this hotel looks like it was hit by a volcanic eruption... lots of dust.100k deposit, pretend like that.If you stay here try jumping, the floor will shake when you jump.The sensation of the dust reminded me of when Mount Merapi erupted in Jogja.the floor is not carpet or tile, but cement. exactly like Mr. Abbas's rent.truly an unforgettable experience. thanks to urbanview for reminding me that life is difficult.My suggestion is to just lower the price to 50k/night.

Dirty! the mattress was really uncomfortable. Just checked in, just had a bite to eat, then checked out again. slipper club, dusty glass, broken bathroom door, dirty toilet. please repair the service.
