Very nice small hotel in the old town. Calm and relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious with a small balcony. The swimming pool is pleasant. We have visited different hotels and at this price it is definitely my favorite. If one day we come back to Chiang Mai it will be in this hotel.

Close to the night market and beach. The small swimming pool was cool and refreshing.
The staff were warm, helpful and friendly. Helped us rent a motorbike and arranged our departure transportation to the airport at a small fee.

I just happened to stay in the side room, and the lighting was super good. As soon as I checked in, I decided to stay for a few more days. The room was very clean and the bathroom was dry and wet. The counter is also very friendly, and it is very convenient to rent bicycles here.There are many restaurants and massage shops in the surrounding area. It is easily accessible by bicycle from the ancient city. I would like to stay here next time.

Very cute hotel in the old town, nice little restaurants around it that invite you to explore. So location is great. Rooms rather simple but clean and nice balcony. Pool was also fine and the hotel service was very helpful and friendly.

My whole family was so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel is. It is not a luxury hotel but it was everything we needed. A pool to cool off in. Reasonably quiet street. The rooms are great, again not luxurious but more than adequate. The food was good and reasonably priced. Easy to walk to other restaurants, shops and markets. The location is what sets this place apart for others. Can't recommend it enough.

Room was decent, but some of the worst wifi internet I have experienced anywhere. Constantly have to reconnect. The breakfast wasn't good at all either. But location is nice, lots of good stuff around.

It’s a great place for the price! Rooms are clean and the balconies have an incredible view of the old town.Pool is kinda small and not super luxury vibes. But totally fair for the great price.I stay here every time I’m in Chiang mai.

It's friendly, organized and clean.Currency exchange offices, markets, and delicious restaurants are all close by.This is an accommodation that completely encompasses Chiang Mai Old City.There are some small ants, but it wasn't a big problem for me.I like that the surroundings are bright until late at night.The staff were friendly and the food was delicious, especially the fried chicken because it tasted like my mom made it at home.There's an elevator so it's good for moving luggage.I want to go again, and I will go again.

This hotel was in the heart of the old city in a nice location with small shops around. The staff was very friendly and they also offered a laundry service (which btw was very quick). The rooms were very cozy and more traditional I would say. Also they were value for money! The only negative was that it was a bit noisy but because there was music nearby-not in the hotel itself.

The location is located in the center of the city among pretty alley restaurants.The swimming pool is also deep and clean at 1.4 meters.(-) The room is too smallI put the filter on, but the color turns brown after one or two showers, probably due to rust.The minibar only accepts cash, so they ask you to withdraw money when checking out. If you're going to eat, only those with cash...

Rooms are great, and you are close to everything. The staff is great. We had an issue with our A/C, and they came right up, cleaned, and made sure it worked. Even though it was working better, they still called a technician that came the next day, Sunday, and made sure. Thank you!

We've stayed here for 2 weeks overall. we were only meant to stay 8 days but booked untill the end of our stay in Chiang Mai we loved it that much. It's a prime location. Right in the inner square of old town. It's a 2 minute walk to Sumphet market. We are surrounded by everything you need. The staff were amazing, the restaurant has delicious meals. The rooms were very clean and well looked after and the price to stay was very very good.
