This time, I wasn't impressed. Tried to call but didn't answer. Staying in a room with 4 people, the room should have a lot of dust. Everyone was allergic to the air where they stayed. The bathroom on the 2nd floor was broken but not repaired. broken glass door But good, delicious food, not expensive, popular in the market.

Accommodation in a single room.Maybe it's because it's the rainy season, or maybe it's because the room is small, but it's extremely humid. When it rains, the roof next door? It hits the tin plate and is very noisy.The shower did not have hot water.

Really good location just inside the old town - easy to walk to all the main temples.Staff were super friendly and helpful.Rooms were very smallToilets and showers were fine - 2 of each for each floor. Never had issues having to wait to use or with cleanlinessBreakfast is available.

B-HouseThis place is in a good location. Near airport and in the old city. It has A/C. The first room we opened, we were with the manager, who was about to go home. We opened the refrigerator and it was the most disgusting mess and smell. Rotten fruit. Luckily there was another room that was bigger.The floor was very dirty, had to mop with a towel. I’m sure I’ll have to pay a fee for it being black after. The slippers are yellowed and brown and old.No elevator, no AC in lobby and breakfast at another location. Breakfast was eggs or cereal and toast. The only milk was warm and in a box. Only instant coffee but there are many coffee shops near by.The city view was an alley way. Price was great but not what I wanted after a day of travel.Definitely more of a hostel situation. Laundry next door.

If you go to Chiang Mai this place is perfect! The rooms are very comfortable and super clean, the receptionist is always very friendly. Breakfast is amazing! Very delicious and with many options. Near a market where you can buy Thai supplies.

Everything is neat and tidy. The floor is really clean. The heater is broken so that I can't get my desired temperature. Shampoo was provided was there was no body soap.

Good location but our room was a disaster, I know it's a cheap hotel, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, it didn't have windows (it didn't say that on Agoda) and also in the bathroom there was a lot of sewage smell. I don't recommend it. Pay 5 more dollars and go somewhere else.

The restaurant is so sucks ! Food ,service …everything! U gonna wait 1hr for a vegetarian breakfast and a “so called yogurt "with just 1ml yogurt … I ordered a veg set which include toast in it ,after 1hr wait they finally there but without toast , then u have to wait another 1hr then comes two tiny slices with some chemical poison smells … the owner can say nothing English but only sorry sorry and sorry …. I v been Chiangmai more then 20 times ,this restaurant is my worst experience here ever !

Unfortunately, we were unable to check in! I came to this hotel, but everything was busy. Workers reported that 2 rooms with a balcony will be available on February 21. We discussed that I needed a room for the week from February 24 to March 2. I came on February 21 and they told me that everything was busy. I go to Booking with them and show them that I can rent these rooms for the dates I need. But they still tell me that everything is busy. This is all very strange and unpleasant. Considering that the hotel deducts payment immediately when renting through Booking! This means that if I paid without coming, they would simply smile at me and say: We don’t have your number for you!

For a short term stay it is okay but I wouldn't stay there for a long term stay, max couple of nights.The location is really good and close to everything:)The rooms are okay and clean but have uncomfortable beds and not the cleanest shower to be honest .

The location is cool, but the rooms leave much to be desired. One room without a window is a real disaster for allergy sufferers because it is probably never ventilated, another room upstairs for two people is so small that it is impossible to stay in it without hitting your head, knee or shoulder on something. Very unpleasant fumes from the sewage system.Breakfast is poor, only good as an option to take a sandwich to go.

It is not very recommended. There is no hot water for bathing. The room is not soundproofed so it can be noisy occasionally. The environment and facilities of the entire room are also a bit bad. Apart from the location, I would not recommend anything else.
