On October 5th, we stayed at this hotel, we were given a room on the 5th floor until our room, saw there were cockroaches and some of the walls were cracked and moldy, finally we asked to move and we were given a room on the 3rd floor, when we got to the room we were going to the bathroom, it smelled and I asked cleaned it, when I was about to rest on the bed there was another cockroach, I was amused and disgusted but I saw that it wasn't just on the bed, it turned out that on the wall and on the TV table there were lots of young cockroaches, I really got tired of staying here.

I swear this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever encountered on the face of the earth🤮🤮🤮finally early checkout lost a day and moved to another hotel that was cleaner, the bed sheets had stains like sperm, dirty and shabby, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, it was gloomy, lots of cockroaches it's small, the sink has traces of mucus and it's not clean... it's actually vomiting here, it's really cheap but it's not clean, but the security and officers aren't very helpful when I lift things down the stairs, they don't get a little help🤦🏽♀️anjrit really regrets the sale here, book here

When we got to the room, the room smelled bad, the AC didn't cool well and the sheets had stains and hair. We asked that they change our room. The bed linen in the room we went to was relatively clean, but the smell and AC problems were the same. Additionally, we couldn't sleep because there was construction right next to us. It was a very bad experience.

This is the umpteenth time staying here, recently there was a ban on smoking in the room even though cigarette smoke from the top floor (which was noisy with music) penetrated into the room. And usually you get a clean room, this time there were lots of small cockroaches, lots of them, wara wiri in the bedroom and bathroom.Then there is one more miracle, parking for 4 wheels costs 25 thousand.

It's unclear whether the hotel can be so loud at night, the music can be heard until the entire floor can hear the bass. hard mattress, AC not cold, dirty, lots of stains on the walls and mattress, and worst of all: LOTS OF COCKROACHES!!!!!!! . Be careful if you want to stay here, this really doesn't deserve to be called a HOTEL. If I could get a refund, I would have refunded it. no one cares about customer comfort at all. basically the most ZONK hotel in KELAPA GADING!!!!!!!!!Parking also pays even. Throughout the hotel hallway there was also the smell of cigarettes. I don't know if this is a hotel or a discotheque
