The room has a lot of dust. Until smelling the stinging smell of dust and the old shower faucet Doesn't work well I don't like that there are 2 floors. If I could choose, I wouldn't want it.

Second time staying at this hotel and never disappointed.Super helpful and friendly staff.The swimming pool is clean and the bubble bath in the suite is fantastic.Excellent value for money when compared to similar listings.Will for sure stay again.

I stayed in this hotel for four weeks in February/March 2024. Staff is super friendly and helpful. and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed was a bit hard but still comfy. Water pressure in the shower could be a bit better, though. Location is a bit outside of the city center and the old town, which has both pros and cons. The neighbourhood is very green, peaceful and local but do not expect you can walk to the old town as it is impossible to cross the nearby highway by foot. However, there are some very nice local and less touristy restaurants within walking distance nearby. I did not use the pool, but the pool area is one the best I have seen in Chiang Mai.

The bed is terrible. Stiffness and back pain. Accommodation is 1053 Thai baht per night, stay 14 nights, but the hotel staff should inform?? to give a discount and show responsibility. Foreign fans feel terrible, we feel worse. (Very disappointed with this hotel) I feel very guilty for my boyfriend.😭😭Accommodation in the heart of Chiang Mai is cheaper. There is also breakfast. He poured coffee water on the floor, towels, face wipes, feet wipes all gathered together. _Back, he made a very wrong decision. Will not recommend anyone to stay here. Very bad.

Huge bedroom and downstairs room. Room was cleaned each day with fresh toiletries and water provided. Swimming pool in hotel with plenty of seating around the sides. A few shops and restaurants nearby, but easy enough to get a grab into central Chiang Mai for more options. Shower was powerful and warm, as was the water in the bath. Bed was very comfy and huge. Lots of storage space for bags and clothes. Were able to drop our bags while we waited to check in and could even check in early! Decent amount of parking for bikes and cars.

We ended up accidentally getting a “villa”. At the time it was 33$ CAD per night.Huge entry living room with couch, coffee table and fridge, then up the stairs to the bedroom.The room included a large bathtub, separate from bathroom and an oversized, larger than kind bed. (Two were pushed together)The mattress was pretty stiff, but we didn’t mind it, especially for the price.The wifi wasn’t great, not really usable, but that may have been limited to our room, doesn’t really matter though as we weren’t inside much!The location isn’t ideal if you want to be in the thick of things, but if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk, you get the benefit of much more quiet.Would stay again.

We chose this hotel for its location which is a little outside the city center. We rented a scooter and visited the whole area. The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms very large. I recommend this establishment.

Nice hotel with good services at a good price.The good: The treatment and service of the staff, the decoration and the spaciousness of the rooms. In addition, it has a large private and secure parking. If you go by car it is perfect since it is located next to the road. Very few buts.What could be improved: If you want a hotel where you can walk to the tourist places you should go by Grab (170-220 baths), there are no tuktuks that pass through that area.On the other hand, they do not have breakfast service, at least when we went. So it is not possible to order any much-needed drink in a very hot country.Another but is that there are no plugs next to the beds.

We are very disappointed, the photos do not match what we saw.Really out of the way hotel, no electrical outlet near the bed to plug in an apnea device, the hotel did not give us an extension cord. No breakfasts, constant noise, planes... we were accommodated in the Orchi residence even though we booked at the S48 hotelTo flee !

This hotel is hard to fault. Lovely staff and great rooms. Only negatives - no power outlet in the bathroom or at the bedhead and the location is out in the burbs.

The room is clean and spacious. Traveling is not difficult. There is a swimming pool and quite a lot of parking. The service staff is very good. On the day of our stay, the lights in front of our room weren't on and the staff hurried to fix it immediately. You can rent a motorbike from the hotel as well.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds.Nice staff.The location is not great, but if you have transportation, it is a great option.There is a swimming pool and it is free. We are renting a condo now, where the pool costs 35 baht a day 🥲There is a 7/11 relatively close.There is also a chic eatery on the corner with good prices and delicious food.There is hot water)
