The only minus for me is that the bathroom door is broken so it can't be locked (maybe that's a factor in the cheapest room, right? So far the room is good, the AC is cold, you can get towels too and the room isn't cramped. If you want to stay overnight just to sleep, that's fine

CHAOTIC!! PARAAAH!!! I've stayed here before & to be honest, in the past I've had friendly staff, but this booking experience, I don't know if the reception staff has changed, maybe. I booked via one application for 22 September - 03 October 2024, 12 days 11 nights. It turns out that last Friday night I was told by the committee of the event I wanted to attend in Jakarta that the event had been postponed by a week, and that same evening I tried to contact this guesthouse to try to request a change in the booking date to suit the postponement of my event, and the phone didn't work at all. can't connect. I tried to contact the call center from the application, their problem was the same, this guesthouse could not be contacted, finally my partner tried to help me by having to order an online motorbike taxi from Indomaret in front of this guesthouse only to ask for help by contacting the receptionist of this guesthouse via the online motorbike taxi driver. , and it turned out that the response from the guesthouse was extraordinary, my partner got angry because he said the response was very bad, he really didn't want to know and didn't want to help at all. According to what is stated in the application that I use, the accommodation is the one who arranges that refunds from canceled bookings will deduct 51% of the booking fee, so thank you for this stupid guesthouse policy, I would have lost quite a lot without the guesthouse having good intentions to try to accommodate the customer's problems. face it. And even if this policy turns out to be an agreement between the accommodation and the application, AT LEAST YOUR PHONE SHOULD BE CONTACTABLE!!! If you could be contacted last Friday evening, I just wanted to move the booking date, not want to cancel it!!I waited to make a review until today because the application is still trying to negotiate with this accommodation, but it turns out that the accommodation still responds to the application's negotiations with the response that policy is policy, hahah yes, it's up to you, the guest house is not clear, if you want to be stiff like that, that's the first thing You can call the phone first, wow!!Don't think about cheap accommodation, but have staff who raise their hands and don't want to try to help find a solution, as if the money for canceling each guest is a fresh meal without wanting to care that the money is lost due to a very valuable piece of money for people who are still economically limited.
