Very recommended boarding house, broken lights can be replaced from the boarding house, can get AC serviced, spacious motorbike parking, safe, and the boarding house prices are very friendly, really suitable for students/workers. Great 👍👍👍

Ma'am and the receptionist were friendly, but when they were on the stairs and in their room there were lots of cockroaches. The sheets were a bit dirty, but didn't smell anything. The bathroom is okay starting from the sink and toilet, but when you shower in the afternoon the shower comes out with a little water so you have to be extra patient. The AC is cold, but there's no remote so we're cold at night. The TV is on, so that's fine. Hopefully in the future there can be changes for the better. Thank you sis. And maybe it can be sterilized first if the room is to be used by a new tenant, because the regulations are not to smoke in the room but when we entered it smelled of cigarettes 🙏

Just entering the room, it immediately smelled bad. Immediately checked the bathroom, cupboard and mattress, it turned out there were lots of animals. It's small, not too big, but it's a lot. On the mattress, under the mattress, tucked into the mattress, in the cupboard, in the bathroom. I only know that it's a cockroach, but it seems like it's not a cockroach, because I didn't pay attention to it in more detail. Immediately cleaned everything and felt at home because I stayed 2 nights at a pretty good price. The AC isn't cold, the bathroom water is small and the floor is slippery, basically dirty. The toilet is safe and not too dirty. The cupboard is dusty and lots of animals, the TV doesn't turn on. Dirty mattress, dirty and smelly bed sheets, lots of animals and hair. Asked for a towel when the towel arrived, it was shabby and smelled musty. There you can't get towels, soap, toothbrushes. But if you ask for an anuk, you'll be given 1. It's not really comfortable, the original one, it's a mess. Didn't have time to take photos of yesterday's room, but this is an honest review. That's all

I booked almost 300 thousand per night but the AC wasn't cold at all, the room was really dirty, just entering the room I was greeted with lots of cockroaches!!!

For the price of 250,000/night, it's really not worth it. The facilities are inadequate, the bed sheets are dirty, the bathroom is crusty, lots of small animals are annoying, the environment is also dirty.
