I arrived at 10 p.m., and it said there was no one there and the number wasn't there... so I got scammed. I had the worst experience of rushing to find another accommodation. Please don't make a reservation. I made a reservation through Agoda, but a refund will be issued.

WE GOT SCAMMED!We booked a room for one night via agoda. When we arrived at the hotel at around 10 p.m., the door was locked and there was no one at the reception. The hotel supposedly has a 24-hour reception. Why was no one there?We rang the bell and tried to call the number provided on Google, but no one answered. The phone number on Google is not valid! After some research there was a different number on Facebook, which we called via WhatsApp. The owner answered. He wasn't surprised and knew immediately that we were the two who booked via agoda. He said that the hotel was fully booked and he didn't know why agoda made the booking.So why didn't he write to us? We paid and he knew about our booking. He could have written us a message or canceled the booking!He assured us that he would write to agoda and we would get a full refund. He sent us to a hotel nearby where we spent a night instead. Of course we paid for the night there, too.Since then nothing has happened from the owners side. We wrote to the hotel owner and agoda. The owner is ignoring us. He also hasn't given agoda any statement about the situation either, which was delaying or almost even preventing a refund. After days and exhausting phone calls with agoda we got our refund.My guess is that he simply overbooked our room to make more money. Apparently this isn't the first time stuff like this happens at this hotel.Also the nice lady in the other hotel we stayed at was really afraid we were mad because "Normally the people shout at me when this happens."So be safe and don't book this hotel! There are a lot nice hotels in chiang mai for the same price!

This hotel was super awesome. Very fair price, very clean, cool design and the owner is very nice helpful guy. 15 minute walk to town in very quiet area. Would highly reccomend staying here.

[Location] The hotel is located in a residential area about 20 minutes' walk from Chiang Mai Gate or Central Chiang Mai Airport department store. It is a little away from the main street. It is suitable for travelers with transportation. Because it is in a residential area, It is relatively quiet and quiet, but because there are many alleys and dark alleys, you need to be careful if you are walking. It is more convenient and suitable to call a taxi to get in and out.[Environment] This time I stayed in a room on the third floor. There is no elevator in the building and the stairs are steep. If you have large luggage or elderly children, you need to evaluate it (Thank you very much to the boss O and the female employee Help carry luggage upstairs). The interior decoration of the room is industrial style, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the lighting is very good during the day. The balcony that extends out is very suitable for watching the sunset. The room has a TV, a small refrigerator, a table and chairs, a clothes rack, a one-piece standing mirror, and a hairdryer. , the bathroom and toilet have dry and wet separation, and the water pressure is very strong. As other reviews mentioned, there were a lot of ants in the bathroom, but it didn't affect the stay experience. The lobby on the first floor is beautifully planned, with a lot of green plants and large areas of lighting, which is very aesthetic. There is also an area for outdoor use, which is very comfortable if you want to bask in the sun.[Personnel] The boss O has been very enthusiastic since the contact before check-in. There is also another female employee. Although she can only communicate through translation software, when I meet her every day, I always say hello with a warm smile.

It was the worst experience. Even though I had made a reservation, I was told they didn't have a room, and it took an hour to check in, but they didn't apologize. Worst staff. I will never stay there again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

The former hostel has been transformed into a chic, inexpensive hotel. Fully equipped Sleep comfortably, the owner's service mind is like staying in a friendly five-star hotel. Parking is available along the front wall. If you come on Saturday, you can walk to Kad Wua Lai, 700 meters away. There is a grocery store in Soi Nantaram 6. Cheap items from the cute sales aunt, giving discounts as well.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!😍By far our most beautiful accommodation in Thailand so far!From the start we felt at home.A beautiful oasis in the urban jungle.🥰Extremely polite staff, very clean and spacious rooms. Small balcony with a nice view.😊In the morning there are freshly baked waffles and coffee for free.🤤Clear recommendation!🥰

After a month spent in Thailand and many hotels, this is the best I have stayed in.The rooms and the hotel are very nicely decorated, with the feeling of being at home.The cleanliness is impeccable, its slightly off-center position (15 minutes walk from the city center) allows you to be calm and find a relaxing atmosphere. There is still a 7/11 and restaurants in the immediate vicinity which is perfect. A coffee and a waffle are offered in the morning and allow you to enjoy the very cute little outdoor terrace.The manager is truly the nicest person we have met in the hotel industry and gave us lots of advice for visiting the city.I recommend this place 200%

A clean and modern hotel, about 1.2kms from the town centre. The rooms are really nicely designed and have everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Both the owner and receptionist/house keeper, were very helpful during me stay. Recommended.

Small hotel in the middle of Chiang Mai city A place to sleep comfortably like sleeping at home, very beautifully decorated, complete functions in the bedroom. The TV has internet. The bathroom is clearly separated into zones. Wake up early and have coffee served. And bread is given for free as well. I recommend it.
