Chiang Mai for about 10 days... This is my second visit.From Old Town, Nimman, Hang Dong and Mae RimBecause I've been to all 3 stars and 5 stars.Prioritize walkability to the Sunday Market3 days in the middle of scheduleBook in the low 50,000 won range through Agoda, including tax.No breakfast (there seems to be no kitchen at all)Pros: Same as above... Very satisfied with the locationVery good bed (firm mattress)Cons: Very weak water pressureI tried to stay two more days, but the water pressure was terrible...It's vulnerable to noise, but I guess that's because it's the sounds of people living.

Best showers in chiang mai. Water pressure that makes you be careful with the bum gun because you can literally tear yourself a new one 🤣, after being out walking in the heat and being from a cold country, I can honestly say using the showers they have made me feel fresher then anywhere else in chiang mai.The rooms are perfect, I prefere a front facing room as it's bigger and it costs a tiny bit more, but the beds are perfect and they are not stingy with the amount of pillows you get and they are always fluffy. I'm honestly shocked why they charge so little for what they are giving, this place should always be full at the price they offer.

Great location. Very presentable lobby. Extremely kind and friendly staff at the reception. Very bad shower with inconsistent and weak hot water. Poor housekeeping. Sticky floor with lots of hair and dust when I checked in.

It's only five minutes away from Tha Pae Gate. The hotel is in a hurry. Book a room in advance on agoda. A double room only costs 1,000 baht. The lobby is in Chinese retro style and the room is clean and tidy.

Quit. Great for the $$ good spot right in the middle of town. Can walk to everything. Wish they would upgrade the TV no Netflix. It's not a smart TV. Keys are a little tricky to lock and unlock. All in all Great place. 👍

Out stay was in january, it was lovely.The location is great, the room was clean, they cleaned it daily, coffee and watter for us daily in the room, comfortable beds.Maybe a little bit noisy at times in the evening, but not too much. I would come back here for sure!

This is a great little spot in the heart of the old city. Clean, helpful staff, and everything in the room worked well (to include the showers and A/C). Noon checkout time, but they will stow your bags in their closet so if you have a later flight you can go out and do things. There is no gym, but “Pump Fitness” is 10 minutes away by car and only costs 100 Baht per entry. No room service or restaurant, but grab delivers here and there is plenty to choose from close by!

Really really great location! I was worried because it was a relatively new hotel without many reviews, but I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at the reception day and night were all very friendly. And it was nice that there was a veranda and a clothes drying rack.Oh, and there is also free bicycle rental for guests, so if you are staying here, it would be nice to take advantage of it!

Reception quite nice decoration! Like it! That’s why we choose this hotel for 3 nite. Our room 201. Nice simple decorations. Very Peranakan simple style. Location OK, 1 minute to Blue noodle ( noodle is good & affordable), 5 mnt walking to 7/11 (ask receptionist for the directions). But our toilet is not a really in a good condition. There’s some mark leaking, and the water pressure is not stable. Sometimes hot sometimes cold… but overall , have a good sleep here…oh ya, only 1 mirror in our room… for us.. is a big matter, need more mirror please..

We love this hotel! We definitely going to stay in this hotel again when come to visit Chiang Mai. The room is decorated beautifully, it's clean and the bed the pillows are absolutely soft and comfortable as I said "feel like sleep on marshmallow!!" We really didn't want to get up and want to sink in the bed FOREVER!! The staffs are also absolutely kind and helpful. They were offering help for date change when they knew that we missed our flight to Chiang Mai!! I am really appreciate everything in this hotel and would love to recommend if you visit this city.

A beautifully decorated & affordable boutique hotel with a great location, near the Tha Pae Gate inside the walled city, on the east side, nearest to the Night Bazaar. On weekends, also near the Tha Pae street market.Top tip: make full use of the FREE bicycle for guests!Only downside: the hotel has 4 floors, but does not have lifts, so do not to bring any large suitcases that you cannot carry upstairs to your own room.
