Great location, near Jl.Cikajang where there are a lot of food vendors & restaurants, 6 mins walk to Pasar Santa & Wolter Monginsidi. Close & walkable distance to Senopati area.Attentive staffs. Spacious room. But the bathroom has no ventilation. On the first day I arrived, there was no weird or foul smell, but later that night (with the AC on), the sewage smell came out from the bathroom & toilet, and because there’s no ventilation, the smell filled up the bedroom.I had to buy some room fresheners to put in the bathroom & bedroom to mask the smell.The right side of the bed is firmer than the left side (next to the working desk), probably because the guests have been sleeping on the left side more often since it’s closer to the working desk.There is a kitchen area with drinking water.Main door is locked every night starting from 9pm I think.I feel bad everytime I have to ring the bell to wake up the staff to open the door for me (mind you, it was only around 10 or 11pm).Bring your own shower gel and shampoo as the ones provided are not enough.

Like a boarding house, hommie, comfortable. The front door is always locked, safe, there is a guard on standby. The lack of this place is not yet in the grab. So yesterday I didn't pay attention when I first arrived, ordered a grabcar and chose Casavida, but it turned out to be Casavida Mansion, we went again. Luckily the area is not far from this Casavida residence.

As for the location, this affordable place was strategic, near to many cafes, you can even walk to Santa market. The staff was also kind and helpful. I only was disappointed by the cleanliness of room. I got room in floor 1, and when I opened the door, it was full of mosquitoes, let alone in the bathroom! A sign that this room never was used and not even prepared to have a guest one day before. Also, the television signal was really really poor. Ah, and also the sound of the bed was very noisy! I thought they out sofa bed instead of real bed in my toom. There's no dustbin too, I had to ask to the staff to put one in mine 😟😟😟

The T&C on the website doesn't say if you bring a child you will be charged 100k, felt uncomfortable late checking in at almost 11pm, asked for an additional charge because you brought a 6 year old child, never had an experience like this at other hotels

Came here on the weekend, strategic location, comfortable (fast internet), and clean. There is a shared kitchen, dining room and laundry (very important). Towels and toiletries are also provided.

Strategic location in an alley near the main road, enter the alley via a descent. Staff ok, spacious room ok. Basic amenities such as small bottles of Aqua, towels and soap-shampoo-toothbrush are available. The place feels like a premium boarding house, although not bad. When you first entered, the room smelled musty and you got a corner room so the walls crossed to narrow the room. When I asked to change rooms, I was immediately helped, even though the second room still smelled musty. The industrial type Asur frame is a bit squeaky but still soft. Be careful when showering and turning on the shower that leads directly to the door because in my experience after showering, the water was flooded and flowed towards the front of the bedroom door, perhaps because the bathroom floor was not made higher at the door to accommodate the water.

Feel like home, the hotel feels like home hihi. Very friendly service, spacious and safe parking area, clean rooms, kitchen facilities and hangout area are also very clean. Will come back again! Thank you casavida🙇🏼♀️

Here, the only thing that makes it comfortable is the car parking & friendly guards. The room is damp due to lack of outside air & too much old camphor. This makes the room smell bad. Even using air freshener here and there doesn't make a difference :( The WiFi also doesn't work well, so for those who live in a monthly boarding house here & spend a lot of time, it doesn't help. The cleanliness of the room is also so-so, even the sheets & bedcovers aren't fresh, so they don't smell good, looks like it's been used by someone else :(

Hadeh... ordered here because I saw people's good reviews but it turned out that when I arrived at the first building which was full they were directed to the mansion, when they arrived there wasn't a full parking lot they were told to park in front of the empty house... there was no lift to get to the 3rd floor, you had to go up the stairs :) eh when you got to your room There are no mats, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, which is really bad. and what's worse, in the morning when the electricity went out, it turned out the TOKEN WAS OUT :) If you were providing daily rooms, you should have had the token ready!!!!! DISAPPOINTED

MINUS ‼️Booked a week ago for December 14, checked in at 7:30 pm but the room wasn't ready and had to wait quite a long time, very disappointed! Where have the officers been since afternoon???PLUS ‼️The rooms are very clean, well lit and quite comfortableHopefully the service will be improved again in the future
