Uncomfortable experience while staying. With an affordable price, you don't expect it to be at least clean, but this is really not paid attention to by the owner of the place. Room maintenance, the sheets are yellow and not changed, the place where the sheets are dirty looks like a messy warehouseFacilities that need to be repaired include the bathroom (there is a smell coming from the toilet), there is a TV but it doesn't turn on (not that big of a problem) but please really pay attention to cleanliness. Please pay attention again. It's a shame that the location is close to a major road area, but if the place is dirty and people don't pay attention, they will also be lazy.

Reviews:Living at RKM since 2017-2021, previously the building was still relatively new and clean but over time more and more problems have accumulated and have the potential to become long-lasting problems, including:- Relationship between the owner and the person assigned to maintain the location. (bad management starting from an inhumane salary cut system, underpayment, arbitrary dismissal of the previous boarding house keeper)- Building maintenance costs continue to decrease, as a result the quality of the room space is decreasing, the exterior paint of the building is deteriorating, the pipes are porous in the bathroom, the bathroom floor is dull, the sink/toilet leaks). If there is urgent maintenance, the repair process will take days, if you want it quickly, please call your own repairman.- Poor relationship between the building owner and local residents (inevitably the old boarding house residents blend in with local residents, while the owner sits quietly in his house far from RKM)- Inadequate facilities (in the past the owner promised a shared kitchen, but it was never completed and there was a rule prohibiting cooking in any part of the building)-The cleanliness of the place is decreasing (most recently, material used from building construction has been left for years around the lobby, the property is porous & rusty here and there. If there is rain, the water will wet the corners of places which is dangerous if you slip, such as stairs)Plus value:- The area is quiet, good for resting- Stable internet (if you live in a corner room far from the stairs)- The local residents are quite friendly- Very spacious vehicle parking- AC regularly serviced, hot water facilities, and TV (with channel decoder which is always problematic, as a result the TV is more suitable only for playing PS)
