Great hotel in Chiang Mai.Awesome breakfast with a variety of quality products. The restaurant also has a good selection of healthy western/thai food and desserts.The pool is great.The rooms are clean and spacious.The staff is really nice and helpful.Highly recommend and will definitely visit again. 😊

The service staff is good, the bed is very soft, the room is beautiful, clean, not old. The hotel is a little far from tourist attractions, so it's not noisy and chaotic. There is parking, welcome drinks can be selected in the cafe.

The service is very good. The rooms are comfortable.P.S. The food is a little bland for Thai people, but the European food is excellent, so I'll definitely go again. Impressed with the service (breakfast is considered OK)

We think this is a good value hotel. The rooms are good, clean, the bathrooms are spacious, and the location is good (for people with cars), a bit into an alley. Not far from the mall and market. The service of the receptionist is ok. Impressed with the staff in the restaurant zone, with good service and politeness. The food and drinks seem to be intentional even though there aren't many guests. The breakfast line was diverse, all clean and delicious. I took a lot of photos of the food because I was really impressed.

We stayed here with my elderly parents. Mom's with a wheelchair and they have lift access. However, it's not entirely wheelchair friendly as there are still 2 steps at the entrance lobby, but it's fine for my mother who is still able to climb the stairs. The 7 floor hotel is around 3 years old and it has been well maintained. Rooms, toilets and facilities are clean and functional. Rooms are spacious, housekeeping even mops the floor because it's a non carpeted concept. Do note that the wall though are thin and you can easily hear sounds from next room and the hallway, also guests going in and out of their rooms and lighting could be improved as it's a little more dim than usual. The surrounding area however is nice and quiet allowing for a good night's sleep. Hotel staffs have been very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. It's very nice and refreshing to see young staffs doing well in their job and they also speak fluent English. We were offered welcome drinks for free in their cafe and there were plentiful of selection to choose from. On top of that there is also discount given should you choose to eat there and more discount vouchers were given for dining for the rest of our stay. The hotel provides a daily one way free shuttle service in their private car to Central festival mall that runs twice a day. There is a little local snack store right across the street if you don't want to walk to 7 eleven, but do note that selection is very limited. This hotel is about 10 minutes ride to everywhere else in the city center. Grab cars are easily accessible and traffic is pretty decent most hour of the day. Overall we had a lovely and wonderful stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

The young employees are lovely and provide very good service. Very friendly Beaming Like the clean room, sleep well. And what I like most is that the hotel's food is very delicious. Come to Chiang Mai, I recommend this place. Complete in one place.
