Location is top notch as it located within the Blok M area. Easy to get coffee or meals outside, or taking Transjakarta and MRT. Only a few meters away from MRT Station.I was a little hesitant after read the complaints in the comment section about the facilities. I got a smoking room, but since my husband and I smoke, there was no problem. But I can understand people who don't smoke complaining about the cigarette smell because it's quite annoying.Other facilities in the room were okay. Aircon was cold enough, toiletries were complete and clean, tea and coffee were available and there was a fridge (eventhough it was not too cold). The only thing that bothered me was the glass wall that divided the bathroom and bedroom. Too transparent and very distracting if you're staying with friends/relatives. Should be covered by curtain or something.Breakfast was okay. But my husband said the food was bland. Especially the fried noodles. Hopefully there will be more exploration about the taste of the food.It's value for money afterall.

The rates are relatively cheap. Near MRT, TransJakarta terminal. Near the Blok M Plaza shopping center, Blok M Square. Near the MBloc hang out place, Literacy Park. My culinary place is in Blok M Square, the location is close. Don't forget there is a dawn cake place, it's close by. The cakes here are cheap and taste delicious. The place is already well known.

Like this hotel.The location is really suitable if you want to have a snack or go for a walk in Blok M because it is really in the center of Blok M.Evenings are also busy because there is still lots of food/snacks.The rooms are really nice, comfortable. I ordered a room for 3 people, got 1 single bed, 1 double...The service is satisfying and the staff are friendly.Thank you, Dharmein, my holiday was enjoyable.

Because it was evening, we got a smoking room (this is the only information left). It was also my fault for not requesting specifically.I have had symptoms of shingles since staying here.When I entered the room, the smell of cigarettes was so strong that even after the officers sprayed it, the smell was still strong, I still thought it was normal because it was a smoking room and tried to endure it.However, what is very unfortunate is that there are a lot of stains or marks on the sheets, the room has a lot of dust and the towels are thin and also gray in color (from the basic white color). From staying here, it started to appear itchy and unusually hot on the neck, after treatment it turned out that I had shingles and it has not healed yet. Please ask the hotel to clean the rooms better and it's time to renew the gray towels and torn edges.Thank you, hopefully this can be an input and make it even better..

Just read people's reviews, it turns out the cockroach problem has been around for a long time and there hasn't been a solution yet, be careful if you get rooms 205 and 206, there are lots of small cockroaches, the shower drain is useless because the floor is slanted, the toilet is really strange and there are broken ceramics that haven't been repaired, the towel rail is broken , not recommended at all for the room...

Great price considering its position and serving breakfast.If you are looking for a place that is near every hot place in Blok M, Dharmein may be your answer.It is located between Futago Ya/Tuku and Haka DimsumSince Haka are open for 24 hours, you can grab a late snack there. Or get a morning coffee from Tuku.

The hotel is very strategic. Many culinary tours nearby. The MRT station is also close.The reception service, cleaning service and security staff were all friendly, even at night when I called to ask for the room to be cleaned.Food at breakfast is always refilled so you don't worry about running out of the menu, even though the dining area is not large. The table was quickly cleaned by the staff.There is no gym and swimming pool here.We have to take the welcome drink at the rooftop cafe, top floor. The view is very good from up here.Clean rooms, standard amenities and clean sheets. A heating kettle is available in the room with a choice of coffee, tea and sugar. Bottled mineral water is also provided.What was a bit disappointing was that there were lots of cockroaches when we turned off the lights, from the room to the toilet. Until we have to call the front desk to ask for baygon. Even though it had been sprayed, something still appeared, in the end we didn't turn off the lights. The AC also released dead ants and there were so many of them that they fell onto the bed sheets. There is no special parking for the hotel, we have to look for an empty parking lot in block M.Apart from that complaint, staying here is quite comfortable because of its strategic position. The prayer room is also busy. Blok M parking fees are flat if we stay at this hotel, not calculated per hour.

Staycation here in July. And everything is okay... especially if you get a room with a view that makes the kids super happy hehe. You can see the MRT, TJ bus terminal (Tayo bus kids say hehe) and you can see the park.This is recommended...

Ada banyak kecoa di kamar ya. Ak udh menangkap lebih dari 10 kecoa selama 8 jam.. mereka muncul di mana aja, wc, dinding, bawah, atas.. kalo kamu mau menginap di sini, jangan dipesan lama.. nanti kamu pastikan menyesal ya.. Ditulis dari salah satu orang Korea.. di agoda bintangnya tinggi, tapi.. lokasinya emang bagus loh.. + acnya dimati trus automatically.. kurang tau knp.. dn tidak sejuk atau dingin..There are a lot of cockroaches in the room. After checking in, I caught more than 10 cockroaches in the 8 hours I spent there. It's a twin room on the 3rd floor, but the room size is very small and cockroaches are everywhere, including the bathroom, walls, and floor. Fortunately, the bugs are small, but the pitfall is that there are too many of them.. I think I figured it out.. The location is definitely good, but don't stay for a long time, and even if you stay, only stay for one day.. You'll regret it later.. Just eat breakfast outside.. The reviews are high. The reality is.. I stayed at many hotels while traveling to Indonesia, but this is the first time I have seen a place that is lower than its rating.. Is the review manipulated? + I don't know what the air conditioner settings are, but it automatically turns off when the time goes by and the temperature is not cool. It's so hot that it's better to sleep on the sofa in the lobby.

Yesterday I was in room 611, everything was comfortable, standard room for 2 people, the AC was really cold, even if I turned it down it was still cool, view of the MRT and terminal, unfortunately there was no hairdryer, the staff were friendly. But when you get out of the elevator it smells like cigarettes, overall it's ok, pocket friendly, suitable for just sleeping after watching a concert or if there's an event.
