The price is quite affordable, the place is a mix with a boarding house, only if the room itself is clean it makes it comfortable to rest, the staff is also friendly, the strategic location is also really easy to find food, you can repeat again sometime

The room is sufficient for a solo traveler, or a small family with 1 child. Clean and Neat. AC cold. Hot water in the bathroom, toilet seat and sink. Large cupboard with 2 doors with hanger, large mirrored table and chairs and the right location for the cellphone charger. There is TV and WiFi but I don't use it.Check-in service is fast, check-out is also fast, towels, soap, shampoo and toothbrushes are available as well as sufficient trash cans.Great location, close to the city center, minimarket, ATM, food stall in front of the hotel and market.Highly recommended, right?

The rooms and bathrooms are clean. There are towels and toiletries (except toothbrushes). Close to Alfamart and other places to eat. The security guard and receptionist were friendly.

The rooms are always clean and tidy. The bathroom is also clean and has hot water. Only if it's too late to take a shower, sometimes the hot water doesn't come on. But sometimes, not alwaysIn front of the place to stay there is a delicious, cheap rice stall. There are also lots of snacks around the location which are almost always available 24 hours a day. Very suitable for those who like snacks or like snacking at night. Haha

Decent, really enough for a place to rest, especially if you look at its category, namely budget hotel.The room size is sufficient, the bed is comfortable, all the electronics are good, the bathroom is comfortable (complete with warm water, sitting toilet and sink).The cupboard is complete with drawers plus locks for storing valuables. Apart from that, there is a hanger too.For guests, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet tissue are provided, plus 2 bottles of drinking water per day.I am personally satisfied here. Choose here because it's close to everywhere.For business abroad, you need to legalize it at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Embassy, shopping malls, all nearby.

The rooms are comfortable, complete facilities, easy to reach. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful.The rooms are small but very well laid out so there is no unused space.Close to food stalls and public facilities, near Setiabudi One.The parking area is not large enough, on the side of the road.But overall, staying here was enjoyable.

Affordable and strategic accommodation in Setiabudi. Clean, comfortable environment, good facilities, friendly employees, close to cheap food sellers, minimarket, grocery store, laundry. 24 hour access, can drink every day, and get toiletries as soon as you arrive.Highly recommended when visiting Jakarta. God willing, I will come here again.
