The location is very strategic, close to Cikini station so it is easy to access using public transportation. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with quite complete facilities such as AC, TV, and free Wi-Fi.The interior design of the room is also quite modern and minimalist, making me feel at home in the room for a long time. Apart from that, the hotel staff is also friendly and helpful.Overall, Daun Residence Cikini is an excellent choice for those of you looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation in Central Jakarta. Nice, clean rooms for a very good price! The only downside is that the Wi-Fi in the rooms was very spotty and often didn't work. However, the rooms were very modern and clean, with a fridge and kitchenware. Good for short stays in Jakarta.

I stayed for 2 nights at Daun Residence Menteng, precisely on the 1st floor of Kamae 101.first impression from the front is luxurious, quiet.Checkin at 7pm with the bro, he's nice, but I don't know if he's wearing uniforms, just a normal t-shirt, maybe the owner or the owner's son 😂Entering the room, the size is not big but also not cramped, there is a refrigerator and bowls. Wow, this really provides bowls, perfect for those who often go out with soupy food like me.Clean, neat, fragrant, very quiet, really good for work and rest.Next time there is another official road around Menteng, Cikini will definitely come back.

Overall great budget option if you just need a sleep and quick shower in the area.- Located in an area where space is a premium.- Adequately clean but not detailed (spider webs in corners and previous occupant left a drink in the fridge).- Musty wood smell upon first entrance to the room (air it out or switch ac on high for a while).- Need to use your own accounts for streaming services.- Limited parking space so might have to park your car across the public street along the antique shops.- Narrow bathroom which prevents you from taking long showers as it will flood the toilet and washbasin area (Had to mop the floor after each shower) and no hot water in the evening.- Noise from outside vehicles, music and neighbors' TV or conversations will leak into your room.- Nice firm mattress though.

PLISSS NO BOONG THE ROOM IS REALLY OK!! It's spacious, the price is cheap, it's really quiet and there's a view, I'm addicted, wow, I'm staying here.It's just that the parking is a bit narrow, but it's not really a problem for me on a motorbike, hehehe

The feel is really homey, the surrounding area is shady with lots of trees. I didn't expect the price to be too expensive for the Menteng area. The plus point is that in each room there is a refrigerator, so you can store cold drinks. Other facilities are basic like accommodation in general.The minus is that the bathroom is a bit narrow and quite far from the minimarket.

Staying for visa matters, benefits are close to the Italian Embassy. The interior design of the room is good, only the soundproofing is very bad. The sound from the next room was very audible. The service is okay, it doesn't seem as welcoming as in hotels in general.

Tried a staycation in the Menteng area and found this hotel with a good price and nice rooms, perfect for young people as the TV supports Netflix, plus its central location makes it easy to get around. The room rate is around 500k, but unfortunately, on my first night, I noticed a musty smell on one of the pillows and blankets. Hopefully, they regularly change the beddings because it would be a shame if cleanliness is lacking.

I reserved the suite room hereand in my opinion the room is quite large, really worth the pricethere is a refrigerator (it's cold because it's big), 2 TVs complete with Netflix and all its features, kettle, sofa, small table and long table under the TV so you can see lots of things, housekeeping and room service are very fast when you ask for this or that, cupboards too It's quite big so it can fit everything in there hahaUnfortunately the bathroom is too small for a room that size, it's narrow going forward and backwardsThe parking lot is VERY small, ig it only fits 6 cars so it's really recommended not to bring a car here. oh and when I got here, the lift was dead 😭 that's very, very difficult, where only 1 lift then dies huhu so sad even though there are so many positives
