The room is passable but nothing to write home about. The air conditioning functions well, maintaining a comfortable temperature, though a patch of mold beneath it raises some concerns about cleanliness. The interior decor is decent, creating a somewhat inviting atmosphere. The bedsheet is in a gray area—not visibly filthy, but not exactly spotless either. The pillow is notably worn out, lacking any semblance of firmness or support, suggesting extensive use over time. On a positive note, the lighting is excellent, with plenty of natural light streaming in and well-placed fixtures ensuring the room is brightly lit.The bathroom, however, leaves much to be desired. An unpleasant odor permeates the space, likely emanating from the drainage or possibly the water supply. The stench is quite off-putting. The toilet is a seated type but has an oddly perfect circular shape and is rather small, which might be uncomfortable for some guests.The amenities are quite basic, consisting of a standard toothbrush and toothpaste, one bar of hand soap, and a bottle of all-purpose liquid soap. It's advisable to bring your own toiletries for a more comfortable stay.On a positive note, the owner or manager personally checked in to ask about the room and address any complaints, which was very considerate and greatly appreciated.At the end, the room offers reasonable value for its price. Definitely worth it.

The staff are very friendly and kind, the place and rooms are clean, the prices are quite affordable for areas around South Jakarta offices, etc., the wifi is also smooth, it's great.

Stayed overnight. The room is as shown in the photo. Cleanliness in general is maintained, except for a few things such as mats and bed sheets, pillows & mattresses. 2 towels and a package of amenities (toothbrush, soap, shampoo) and toilet paper are provided. Warm water is on. Worth it for the price which is quite affordable

the best hotel in this class for that price, spacious rooms, cold air conditioning, towels provided, new sheets, soft and new pillow mattresses, tv with netflix, hbo go, prime video, water heater on, dry and new toilets, friendly waiters, access everywhere is delicious, in the middle of the city, close to the center of youth activities, the best, worth trying, 100% you won't regret it!

Room wasn't clean when I checked in. Bedsheets weren't changed and had a bad smell. Bathroom also wasn't cleaned properly. However the staff was nice and helpful. Wifi is super fast. Ac and water heater both worked properly, although the water had an unpleasant smell in the beginning.
